Hilton Garden Inn Columbus

The location was everything that I loved. The front desk and staff at restaurant were courteous.

Housekeeping would open doors and allow them to slam on the locks in preparation to clean, but they were so unbelievably loud and unfair to resting staff. The entire walls and doors would rattle!! It was as if they were announcing "it's time to get up and get out" with out actually saying it. This to me is a perfect way to get complaints and negative reviews. Since I am fond of Hilton,and frequent them when I travel, I know that this behavior is not typical of Hilton. But, I sure hope it's corrected.

The room was amazing!

1. The pool was closed during our stay 2. We entered the location address provided and it took us to the completely wrong location but contacted the hotel, and they gave us perfectly detail directions! 3. ***Not the hotels fault at all*** BUT As soon as we parked our vehicle there were two male individuals yelling and cussing each other in the parking lot. We have children so it was very concerning. We alerted the front desk staff about the altercation and they said they would take care of it!

The property was well kept and close to the hospital my mom was in. I loved that it was in a private and safe area considering I was alone this trip.

Everything was clean but my room smelled stale as if it hadn’t been used in a while or the carpet needed a shampoo

Great quiet location just off the highway clean and friendly staff they took great care of me while I was there made sure I needed anything I wanted.. it breakfast was OK also

Booking did not show that this property has electric vehicle charges. We found that on Plug Share. Upon checkin, they claimed that breakfast was not included, even though the Booking reservation said it was. They did, however, honor it and did not charge for the continental breakfast.

Staff and location

There was some hair on the bed but they were short-staffed so I didn't make it a big deal because the front desk person I think her name was Ms Wanda but I could be wrong I should have written it down because she made us feel great and her attitude was great.

Everything was awesome

The staff was great only one problem the older white lady what work with the kitchen staff she was very rude and not friendly at all but over all everything else was on point enjoy our stay and will be back real soon.

I picked this hotel because my family had already reserved a room here. It was a convenient location, easy to get in and out of and not far from good food choices and Target! Very nice hotel and very clean.

The lighting was a bit dim in the rooms, no overhead lights, but I guess that's typical. The AC unit was a bit loud, had to turn the tv up to hear it over the unit and then down to not disturb next door neighbors. Wasn't too bad. The water pressure felt a little off, and the toilet ran a little. But i was able to stop it.

Its clean, the rooms attic very large and the staff were great. The location is perfect and it was so quiet. This hotel made for the perfect stay.

The only complaint I have is the beds and pillows. The mattress is too firm for my taste and the pillows were down so you had little support. But those things are personal preferences.

Check in was super easy. Staff was so friendly and super helpful. Our room was the cleanest I've ever stayed in! We always felt safe due to security measures in the building. Nice amenities however the indoor pool is not open at this time. Location is less than 2 minutes from anything you could need. My family will be staying here again.
