Parking was a bit unexpected. Not enough parking spaces to accommodate for the occupancy of hotel guests. Found it ridiculous that I had to park in another hotel's parking lot and walk to the hotel I'm registered at to get to my room.

Breakfast is/was awesome!! Very tasty each morning and fresh, great options to choose! Location is great with several eating options available and right off the main road in town. Overall, a great stay and would stay again if and when in the area! Also, the cookies are delightful.
The only downside is the bed was too soft for my liking. Overall, a great stay!

rooms were clean but a little dated. the air conditioning in the room was awesome. great location. the staff was so so friendly and accommodating. my son in the military and breakfast was about to end the cook asked him if he wanted something to eat and fixed him what he asked for without hesitation. lobby and pool area were clean and nice.

Everyone was very nice. The hotel was clean. And, honestly, the Zero % shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion was amazing. I would definitely recommend.
The ice machine on the 2nd floor wasn't working. But that wasn't a major deal.

Your staff here is exceptional…I never felt like I was a bother when I asked questions. Everyone was courteous, professional and seemed to enjoy their job. I have stayed in several Hampton Inns in several different states and though they were all good this one beats them all. Great work!! We stayed an extra night when we have family we planned to stay with our entire visit. We definitely recommend Hampton Inn, Columbus Ga.

The staff went above and beyond!! Our stay was on my great grandson's birthday. The staff went out of their way to recognize him and make him feel special!! Our room was spotless and comfortable! We will be staying again.

Location was good, restaurants and shopping g nearby. Front desk woman was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was ok, I understand with covid, we were just happy they offered something. All day coffee in lobby was a nice surprise. Room had a seal across the door to let us know it was cleaned which was also a nice surprise.

Everyone was amazing. We had paint on on of our windows but, everything else was great. I have stayed at this same location 4 times now. I love it. They have outdoor patio set in the back for people to eat or just sit outside. I really like it.
The outside patio furniture could use a awning, for people to sit outside when it’s raining. If they smoke.
