Our room was clean, comfortable and we had a quiet pleasant stay. The entire facility looked newly updated, smelled clean and the staff was very nice and welcoming.

Breakfast was missing hot eggs, bacon/sausage and biscuits. Had to microwave a packaged croissant/egg/cheese/sausage food. This breakfast item lacked a lot, but the coffee, juice and waffle were very good. The pool was closed. That was not a problem for us as we did not plan to use the pool, but others might find that very disappointing.

It was clean.

You could hear the people in the lobby talking and laughing until 2 am. I called and asked them to quiet down..I was told they would but didn't. They just moved out front , and we could still hear them outside our window.. I literally could hear their entire conversation as if I were in the room with them. It was so rude.

Location, clean, fresh smell throughout even though it's pet friendly. Halls always smells good. Staff was friendly.

Bed was small for me and hubby. It must have been a full and not queen. Breakfast was ok. They served Jimmy Dean sausage egg and cheese croissant that has to be microwave. I'm not big on in microwave food. Only hot food choice both days. One elevator was down so it could be a wait during busy times of day.

The hotel was very clean, and the location was ideally situated near plenty of restaurants and stores. The neighborhood was very safe and family-friendly.

I was originally assigned a room which had not been cleaned since the previous guest checked out earlier that day. The front desk clerk, however, quickly took care of the situation. The next room was clean.

I liked the cleanliness, and I liked how quiet the location was. That surprised me. I also appreciated housekeeping's response when I found water leaking from the refrigerator. They were pleasant and professional about it. This was on Sunday morning Oct. 31. I didn't get the name of the housekeeping staff member.

The hair dryer cord was too short. It's near impossible to dry hair. I was in room 324, and it would have been helpful to have the floor lamp next to the end of the couch so that I could have had more light to read by. I had to sit at the desk or on the bed to read.

The hotel was conveniently located. It was incredibly clean and the staff was super friendly. The room was modern and perfect. There is nothing negative to say about this place, and I would definitely stay here again!

It was very quiet, the AC worked awesome and our room was very clean!

My only disappointment was breakfast. very few options and usually by 7:30-8 there wasn’t much left. only waddles, dry oatmeal, dry cereal. Sometimes there were microwave breakfast sandwiches. They had bananas the first two days but not the rest of the week.

It was a nice quiet and safe location! The hotel was clean and smelled fresh. The staff was wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was just right and was more than expected. The rooms were clean and I loved the bathroom mirror! Beds were super comfortable. Definitely a good stay for a great price!

the property was in a quiet location even though it was close to the highway. Check in was fast and easy and both receptionists were very kind. the room was a king suite and it was very spacious!

the showers I think need some updating since it took a bit to warm up for me, but otherwise it was a nice bathroom

Very nice room.

However, we were put next to a room with a large dog. At one point, it barked for about 20 minutes. Guess the people left. A couple hours later, it barked again. I was called that morning to see if I was bringing a pet. I said no, so why in the world were we put next to a large dog??? Dogs should be left home. We will not book again with a hotel that allows pets.
