Days Inn by Wyndham Columbus-North Fort Benning

The lady at the front desk let us check in early. She was very friendly. The staff was friendly and helpful with everything. The outside was rundown, but they keep it maintained. The lobby, breakfast room, and rooms are very clean. We stayed in 2 rooms for 3 days, and housekeeping cleaned and vacuumed our room well after my children got chip crumbs on the floor.

It was rundown on the outside and on a bad side of town.

Have stayed at this hotel on 3 different occasions when my husband had early morning medical procedures. The room is always clean, the bed is comfortable, and the staff has been great! On our most recent stay, I requested a late check-out, and the staff was very accommodating. I was able to get some needed sleep before I had to drive us home, and it was very much appreciated.

The building and grounds could use a remodel and some updating.

I have to say the lady the works the front desk during the day was absolutely amazing. We was going to arrive very late and so she was very helpful. She had charged my card early in the day per my request and so al we had to do when we arrived was get our keys and sign the receipt. Thank you so much!

The housekeeper provided clean towels daily. My husband is a big guy so he uses extra towels.there was no issues with getting extra towels

There was a $50 security deposit that was not described in the reservation process. The staff states that the deposit was refundable upon discharge. However it's not available until after 11am check out time. If you are checking out earearly, I was you have to wait. However, Heather took $50 out of her own pocket and gave to me. So that I could leave. The other guy on duty did not want her to do this. Heather provided exceptional customer service above and beyond the call of duty

The bed was very comfortable. The staff were nice they even let us get in our room way early it was just such a nice spot and affordable

Everytime we left our room for a while it smeplt like weed when we got back and it was on a busy road but it was still a very good experience

Room was nicely clean, and the staff was exceptional.

The breakfast was not good roaches were crawling in the cafeteria biscuits were old had mold on them, and the scrambled eggs were soaking in water.

The room was clean and all the amenities were accessible and working! The staff was very friendly! They offered a complimentary breakfast and it was nice! They offered foods everyone in my family would eat!

The only thing I didn't care much for was there was an incident when we were unpacking our bags to go up that a man from the top floor yelled at us and was asking too many questions. Just made us feel a little uncomfortable as a family of 3.

Front desk was nice. The room was exceptional. Clean for the most part.

The tub could use some bleach cleaning around the rim. Need a night/early morning clerk to print out receipts and give customers more attention instead of quick brush off.

Nice location, close to everything

Water all over bathroom floor when we checked into or room. Water leaking from somewhere. Mopped it up with the towels and told the front desk about the next morning

Continental breakfast was good. Front desk staff was very pleasant. The location and the room we had were pretty good to for the price. We stayed only one day.

The pool was not accessible.
