How we were the blame because the housekeeper's didn't knock on our door to clean our room and how the manager didn't ask us what the reason was why our room wasn't serviced? Was it because we didn't want no service or was it because the housekeeper's didn't ask us? It was definitely because the housekeeper's didn't ask us..They could have at least knocked and said they needed to service our room.. I also didn't like how our price changed and how we been paying cash for a week straight and have never been told to pay a $100 deposit until today which is 03/10/2023...

This is a great location. All the staff was wonderful. I left my coat in the room. Upon arriving home I discovered it missing. Called and was told to call the next day. I called they had it and I went back and got it. This hotel was great.

Handicap room larger. Wheelchair couldn't move about due to desk chair being in way,was to narrow at foot of bed and desk. Hot water in shower could have been hotter. Buy everything else was spot on.

A good night's sleep. The breakfast was minimal but okay. Glad the rooms were People Friendly and not pet friendly -- I have allergies. I had called another local motel but they were Pet Friendly -- I asked if they had any People Friendly rooms where no pets were allowed and they said no.

The TV had no channel listing and most of the channels were sports, music, marketing, or unknown to us. Also, though this was handicapped approved room, there were no towel bars and only one hand towel.

The room was very clean and the bed comfortable... It was the quietest night we have spent in any hotel in the past six months of continued travel. Breakfast was a little limited on choice, but we had been previously warned about this via reviews and came prepared. It was and is still super value for money.

Breakfast only bare continental. Free bottle of water would be nice.

Gnats in the room, several. I killed five. Need to clean off mold between sink and counter connection. Otw, it was a very clean, like-new living space! Tile floors instead of carport instill confidence in cleaning.

Room was in great condition the property from the outside could use a facelift including the parking lot. It may be undergoing that now. As I travel alone as a senior citizen it seems like most of the hotel properties go to the least common denominator when greeting guests. They just assume we are there to break any and all rules that they may have. I realize that these subjects may need to be covered but the delivery could certainly be better and a smile wouldn't hurt either.

Everything else the cleaning of the room the house keeper they check to see if you need anything like towels bedding they check to see if you need your room cleaned if you staying more than 1 day the front desk they are nice and great you when you enter the lobby respect and kindness too

I didn't like that the price goes up what I mean is it's different everyday I understand if there a event going on like the Southern National's last weekend but all the other day it shouldn't like the city taxes and Government taxes I never had to pay both anywhere this is all I have a problem with other than that I enjoy staying there

I was able to get a room in the section farthest from the road noise. With the bridge out between the motel and mall it made for 0 through traffic in front which helped keep it quieter. The room was clean and comfortable, bed was great.

The location's naturally noisy being right on 441. I realize that's the nature of the beast, motels need easy access from the highway. A table and 1 more chair by the window would have made it a little nicer.

Easy to locate. The property is very clean and the lobby very well organized. The receptionist was very pleasant and cordial. The room smelled super cleaned and it was amazingly quite during the night, we had a good night sleep.

Clean room, recently updated with no carpet, comfortable bed, convenient location, good value. We called ahead and requested a ground floor room and our request was honored. The staff were all pleasant and welcoming.

Very limited breakfast choices.
