Front desk personnel took care of every request I made with a smile.

Parking area was next to a construction zone, a lot of noise, workers coming and going. Group of adult men who congregated about 5pm on property, were very noisy, didn’t know where they were from but I felt intimidated walking past them. I told the property manager, and in a few days they were gone . So glad he took care of it.

I loved that while other pet friendly hotels give you a lower grade quality room for the same price as a regular room plus pet fees; They didn’t do that. Our room was exceptional. Every staff member was excellent! Location was perfect right off the interstate and it was quiet. We will definitely be staying here again when we come to visit family.

For a supposedly 2/3 star hotel, this is top notch. Everything was great, from friendly and knowledgeable staff to cleanliness throughout the whole place. The staff that cleans the rooms are friendly and courteous, fantastic job to those folks. Thank You all!!! By the way, they're one of the places that advertise continental breakfast and they have, lots of places don't. Very nice dining area too! B&C

Nothing, beautiful place for the money. You can tell they actually care about their guests and property.

I was unable to find a hotel for 2 consecutive nights as this was going to be a very busy weekend for the area, so I had to book 2 separate rooms at the red roof. instead of having us change rooms and check in & out, the owner/manager was so accommodating even though they had sold out completely both nights. He was so so friendly & I will definitely stay again. Such an easy drive to Sanford Stadium, too.

Although everything has been recently redone, this is still an older hotel and still definitely only a 2 star hotel. So for the price we had to pay, I’d expect a lot more… but I also understand on such a busy weekend, prices will be surged..

Front desk staff were very pleasant both at check in and check out. Pool was great, saltwater! Nice, clean room and hotel for a little family staycation. Enjoyed it.

Microwave didn't work, but it was no bother to us. I'm sure they would have accommodated us, but we didn't need it really so we didn't reach out.

I was so happy with the outside because there was so many great areas to walk your pet. They even had doggie poop bags. They had tile floors in the room instead of carpet which was great with a pet. The bed was very comfortable which was fantastic since I have back problems. It was just perfect. I will stay here again. I live in NC and have to take my poodle to an animal eye doctor in Athens every 4 months. So happy I found Red Roof Inn.

It was next to many of restaurants and easy check in & check out. The staff did provided us with extra towels and a blanket when I asked which was nice.

When we first checked in at the property I always do a check in the room. When I pulled back the cover there was hair stuck the the sheets from the previous stay.

Extremely friendly and pleasant front desk gal. The room was very clean, pretty floors looked newly remodeled bed was king size. The pool was beautiful but didn't have time to swim. Parking was plentiful and the area was quiet with no problems. Owner/Manager pride shoes in this hotel. I would stay again the same location if traveling thru again. Thank You for a great stay.

I am handicap, love the shower. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. A little too soft for me because I was hurting the next morning. But everything was fantastic. The desk clerk was extremely professional.

clean, new or well renovated. Excellent condition. Plenty of room, good if you brought a pet.

Beds were pretty cheap, pillows hard and small. I like my own stuff! Once again clean and new. Breakfast extremely limited.
