Good hotel for good money, close the food stores, buffet of waffle house 500yds, other hotels in the city are not much better, but much expensiver.

the owners were both very sweet and kept it very well maintained. we did have one issue with our fridge and tv at first, but they fixed it immediately and continued to be very sweet.
The location was a little iffy, but then again it was also still very close to many great restaurants and shops.
