I asked 3 times for towels and was told they were on the way. They never came

Reserved a non smoking room, and the room reeked of cigarette smoke when I got there; there was something under the bathmat in the tub

Close to Auburn.

Room was very dirty. Bed sheets weren’t clean and the bathroom wasn’t very clean. The bath tub was full of dirt. Like if there was water left there for a while and then just drained. No clean large towels, only small hand towels.

The first room we were in air didn't work and the bathroom was nasty. Booger on the wall of the shower blood on the comforter. We had to swap rooms and that room was not clean either. Toothpaste still in the sink and something all over the dresser that was sticky. I will never stay here again

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The first room we checked into the air conditioner didn’t work. The room seemed in better shape than the room that they changed us to. We are grateful that they did move us. The new room that we were moved to, the air conditioner worked, thank heavens, but the room felt dirty and had a musty smell. The sheets had stains on them along with the bath mat. We had to kill several roaches that resided in the room. We went to Walmart to purchase blankets to sleep on. We refused to sleep in or on the sheets and blankets that they provided. Upon booking it was supposed to be a Quality Inn but was bought out by Motel 6. The first room that we were in did seem cleaner and updated a little more. Maybe the new owners are working the issues. Would I stay here again? No I wouldn’t. I was there for a football game and paid over $400 for 2 nights. I know that’s probably the cheapest around for a college football weekend. I did get what I paid for.

Not clean, stained linens and roaches.

Not clean. Walked in and no bulbs in the lamps, trash on the floor, broken toilet seat that was cracked up, walls paper thin so you could hear people talking in other rooms, small holes in the bedding that looked like cigarette burns. Not a good experience after paying 240 dollars for a night. Trash on floor was a q-tip just laying on the floor, a bottle cap on the floor. Overall disappointing experience and will never use a motel 6 again

The bedding had stains all over, there were no lightbulbs in the lamps, everything was rusted, no iron, no hairdryer, the tub was totally disgusting, toilet paper holder rusted so badly it couldn’t hold a roll a paper, mirror broken, no trash can, no hot water, tv propped up with washcloth. The microwave was missing. Towels were thin, rough and dingy.
