Staybridge Suites Davenport, an IHG Hotel

The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast served daily was excellent and there was plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy it. We all really enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day we were there for the week. The kitchen area was nice and clean and very nice to have. Also it being pet friendly and having the fenced in courtyard to allow our little dog to roam was great also. Our stay was Mon-Fri during July and I was working with my family staying to be with me and it was just a great experience. The entire family really enjoyed this hotel and location.

The beds and couch could have been a little more comfortable and updated. The rest of it however was updated and clean and very well kept.

The breakfast was great but maybe should have more than 1 waffle maker as my husband had to stand in line to make his waffle. The waffle machine also has tape around the cord and when he asked the lady staff that was putting more food out she was rude in her comment. "It works if you know what you're doing"

The breakfast was very good. However, the staff did not mention it when I checked in nor did they tell me about the dinner option Monday to Wednesday so I missed on the good food & wonderful cookies that lady makes on Monday night.

Would have liked the hand towels & wash cloths replenished more often. Person in adjacent room alarm clock went off at 2:30 am two mornings in a row.

The room was a great value, we had a king suite, which was a separate bedroom with a bathroom and a kitchen and living room area. We did not pull out the hide-a-bed, just slept on the couch, it was ok, not particularly comfortable. The king bed was fine, no issues. The kitchenette was clean and all the dishes were clean and in the dishwasher. Unfortunately we were only there for 1 night so we didn't get to really use the kitchen but it was nice to be able to use real dishes.

The lady who checked us in was not friendly, she seemed to be bothered by us being there. She did not give any additional information like directions to the room, location of the ice machine or info on breakfast in the morning. While we were there the elevator broke down, but was quickly fixed.

Breakfast was awesome! It was very clean. Staff was exceptional. They also do social hours a couple nights a week which is awesome. I work nights and did not have any disruptions from housekeeping. The curtains made it dark enough for me to sleep comfortably.

The beds and the generous amount of pillows are my top raves. We did not stay for the complimentary breakfast but we took a peek at their offerings and it was a very nice set up. Very clean and lots of breakfast goods to choose from. The hotel itself was nicely decorated and comfortable too.

There were no ice machines. I asked the front desk for some ice and she was swamped and I just went without. It wasn’t a huge deal. I’m just used to there being ice on each floor when I stay places. It could have been a Covid issue too but I’m not sure.

Super friendly staff. Everyone was very helpful and willing to fix little inconveniences. There were several employees who appears to appeared to have special needs. We sincerely appreciate businesses that are able to see past someone's limitations and see what they can do. That reason alone, we will definitely be back.

There were no towels at all in our room at check in, when we visited the pool there were no towels or toilet paper in the restroom.

The hotel room was nice. We enjoyed our stay. Nice room setup. Typing more because I needed it. It needs me to type more but this is silly to have to keep typing to make it green... ;)

Check in was difficult but it wasn't exactly the hotels fault. Booking.com listed our name as Catherine Andjimleclaire. Since our names are Catherine and Jim LeClaire you can see why this might have been a problem for the hotel to look up LeClaire Sounds silly but this added stress to our check-in when the person said they couldn't find our reservation.

The location was fine, the breakfast was great and the lady watching a lot of the breakfast items and keeping them filled was so sweet and helpful. Had to ask for ice as didn't find any ice machines, but got it right away, rooms were fabulous. Couldn't ask for better room. Would recommend anyone to stay there. Everything from lobby, breakfast area, etc. was beautiful. Would definitely stay again.

Staff was professional and courteous. Room was clean and my room was upgraded for free due to a lack of availability for the type of room i reserved.

Hot tub didnt have a jacuzzi option that i could find. Body wash bottle was near empty and bedroom door lock screws were loose. Overall great experience
