The room was nice and quiet which has been hard to find at other hotels in the area. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very new and clean. The fridge was nice size and there was some silverware and plates if needed. There is a lot of usable space on the shelves in front of the bed which I like to have to set out things for the next day.

They have a difficult time printing out a summary bill of all charges but that seems to be a corporate level issue. The hotel was very good.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet on the 4th floor. I wasn't sure it would be considering the large number of youth baseball staying there.

The breakfast was not as advertised in the elevators and elsewhere. It was premade egg dishes that were rubbery. The waffles were good but I can only do so many carbs. The pool was supposed to be 85-88 degrees per the desk but it was not.

so much room. large fridge, went here just to take the kids swimming we live in town, and don’t regret spending the money to stay here, no hot tub but the pool was heated and we got right in without “having to get use to the temp” it was a great stay, I slept in for breakfast. oh and I forgot to bring my makeup remover and they had makeup cleaning wipes. also they will give you a free pack-n-play to use if you have a small child. we didn’t end up using it but still. also the tv greets you, with your name and also has nexflix option and other apps. my husband also brought his gaming Xbox and had good Wi-Fi connection. the rooms were clean and bathroom was too. thanks we will be back.

pool is located by front door and it’s kinda cool out but pool area is warm

the staff was exceptional! Sydney was amazing during the check in process. I have 3 young children that had been in the car for over 5 hours. she was fast, friendly, and even got us an upgraded room! I will be staying here anytime I stop through Bettendorf!

I liked everything. The room was big. The beds were comfortable. It was awesome having a refrigerator in the room. It was a nice location. The rooms were clean. The shower was great. Everything was awesome.

That we only stayed one night.

I felt comfortable and relaxed and the facilities were great.

There were homeless people sleeping on the patio so we didn’t feel safe sitting there. Also one morning a homeless person pushed his way through the breakfast line to get food then left. I do feel bad for them and would never begrudge them of food but it looks bad for you.

good location, plenty of parking, lots of neat by restaurants. good amenities.

had one problem with cleaning of room and pull out sofa bed. staff was very quick to resolve and apologized.

We did not take advantage of the breakfast; however, we were happy to have been able to take advantage of an early check-in

We weren't aware pets are allowed and there was a dog outside of the room who barked initially when another guest arrived. Another negative was the noise level late into the night, coming from another room or rooms around ours

Its our second stay here in 3 weeks. Would definitely stay again. Awesome hotel. Great staff. Nice rooms. I love this place.

It was all good.

Rooms were spacious and modern. Very clean- bedding was crisp and smooth.

There was nobody at the front desk when I checked out. Had to leave the key because I had to get on the road.
