It was super clean from the lobby to the rooms, and everything was up-to-date and in good repair. The staff were so friendly and capable—I was impressed by every interaction with them. I've stayed at a few hotels around the Quad Cities, but this is far and away the nicest property in town.
I understand why they have a no pets policy, but I just wish they could make an exception to welcome *my* pets. ;)

We had originally booked another hotel for our anniversary but the hotel was in very bad condition. So we were able to to book two nights right away! The staff were all very helpful. We enjoyed the hot tub didn’t get into the pool as it was to cold for us, but the hot tub was very nice. Our room was a little small but very nice! The breakfast was good.The eggs, bacon, sausage were hot and good. Plenty of food and variety
The shower was slow draining but we notified the front desk and said they would have maintenance look at it. The rest off the room was nice. It was just a little smaller then we thought it would be.

Like anything else, there are a few tweaks that could be made. Regular toilet paper roll holders would be the first on my list. What they have now does not allow the paper to roll smoothly. Another would be for a little more comfy mattress.

Hotel was pleasantly decorated and had an exceptional workout room. Staff was courteous and helpful. Room was very pleasant and spacious. Great location.
Internet was very slow. Not immediately aware, due to location, that hot tea and coffee was available.

The staff was exceptional!! E has a problem with our toilet and it was taken care of immediately. They actually switched us to another room so everything worked like it should. Wonderful staff!!
