Cobblestone Hotel & Suites - Charlestown

Upon check in I was greeted by the front desk young lady and she was very friendly. Once we got in the room it was nice and clean and fully stocked. I think the air conditioner could have worked a little better but it wasn't too bad. The next morning breakfast was wonderful and fresh. And the morning desk lady was very friendly. Once we return after the cold days at the softball field, the team got to swim and hang out for awhile, while the parents relaxed at the bar area. customer service here was great all around. Check out was a breeze. We would stay here again and recommend to others. Thank you for the hospitality.

The breakfast was delicious and hot. The pool and hot tub were very pleasant. I think the hot tub (and maybe also the swimming pool) was salt water, which is so much nicer than the ones with all the chemical fumes. Everyone on staff who we interacted with was kind and genuine. The hotel was in a quiet location, but only minutes from places to grab food.

The hot tub had some tiles randomly falling off and drifting around at the bottom of the tub. My daughter slipped and fell on the concrete floor (while just walking), because only the ramp section of the room had any sort of grip on it. Overall, the pool room could use a little work/updating, but it was still functional and clean.

It was quiet and clean. Breakfast was always good. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and spa are a very good place to relax.

I reserved a king room or accessible. When we got there, there wasn't either available. There was a first floor room, with 2 queen beds we got. This wasn't what we wanted, but it was acceptable. There wasn't as much room for my husband, but he made it work. The biggest struggle was the shower. It's not very wide for a person that is using a shower chair and hard to shower. But even with those obstacles, we enjoyed our stay.

I have stayed here for the last 5 years visiting my grandkids and every time is exceptional

Nothing against the staff or facilities but beware not all guest are courteous of others and allow there children to scream up and down the hallways at 11pm after stomping on the floor above us for hours. I wish I was exaggerating but even using a sound machine to drown out the noises this family went above and beyond to be loud.🤯

I was late for breakfast hours, but the host graciously offered items such as bagels, danish, yogurt, fruit, cereal, etc.

I usually book a handicap room/shower and the shower is wheelchair accessible. This causes water from the shower to fill the whole floor with water. Not sure what can be done really, but it could be a hazard. I was given more towels to help dry the floor. Staff is always very helpful and gracious.

The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was better than most and fresh. The pool and hot tub both seemed like they were a nice temperature.

My room has a strong smell of 'pool', everytime the door was opened. I happened to have a scented candle with me. I didn't go in the water because the smell was so strong and several other guests in the hallway said they got out because the chlorine was so intense it was causing their eyes and skin to burn.

Other than being a bit farther away from the city, can’t say enough good things about this place. very clean, comfortable beds, outstanding breakfast, delightful staff.

Not their fault but just to be aware, if your visiting Louisville from this side of town, you will be making trips over the Ohio River and several of the bridges are tolled.

Everything was wonderful. The staff was excellent an so friendly..the rooms were very clean and comfortable..will definitely go back if I'm ever in that area again...I travel alot an this is one of the best places I've stayed ..wish more places was like this ! Staff was so friendly ..loved the Christmas decor and they even let me take photos of my grandbaby with all the decor !! Thanks for such a great visit !!

Breakfast was amazing and varied more than I was expecting. The AC in the room was terrific, and kept me and my family cool and comfortable all night even with all the heat from the weather this weekend.

My 7 month pregnant wife would have liked an elevator, however it is understandable that there isn’t one with only 2 floors to the establishment.

Newer building, clean facility, very clean rooms, hot breakfast for the value, ample parking, close to everything, friendly staff, adequate staffing (from what I could tell), only 2 levels, coffee maker/fridge/microwave in room foe the value

No elevator for the 2 levels, so consider that when booking (if you have any physical conditions that would prevent you from walking up and down stairs).
