Radisson Hotel Louisville Jeffersonville

The location is right off of the highway and it’s easy to get to downtown Louisville and other locations. The staff was super friendly and very professional. Phillip checked me in and was very pleasant. Every time I went near the lobby, he always had a smile and he never seemed upset with some of the rude guests that gave him a hard time. Shanaye was my server in the dining room. She had a great attitude and was very attentive to whatever I needed. She seemed to enjoy her job.

The property is outdated and the air conditioner in my room made a very loud noise each time the unit came on. There were several places in the common areas that the air appeared to not work at all. The walk from the main entrance to A wing was a killer, but I needed the exercise

I love the pool area an how you have this amazing view from the window from inside the building

I didn’t like how room service kept trying to enter the room while sleeping kept getting woke up from the door trying to get open but it couldn’t because I had the top lock latched , another incident to where I was changing I didn’t have a shirt on they enter the room while I’m standing there with out a shirt on , an another thing is where their was other residence staying down the hall kept leaning the door open letting in bugs and when they smoked weed it linger into our room because how our room was next to the glass door to goin into the building

Friendly staff. The water view was nice, clean rooms. Lobby area, pool & dining all super nice inside the hotel. A-wing was alot nicer than I-wing. I accidentally booked 1 bed instead of 2 and staff upgraded me with no problems. thank you

I-wing room looked like a hotel room that you'd rent by hour, and A- wing was much nicer. It was kinda trashy looking around the outside. The back side is much nicer, I'd stay here again if they let me request A.wing part. The price comparison was a couple hundred dollars from the other hotels. We came down for the grassroots basketball tournament. There were a ton of kids playing in the hallways and on the elevators, so I waited 15 mins on a couple of occasions to get on the elevator from the 8th floor other than that I'd stay here again

The room was clean, The staff was so nice and helpful. The pool was gorgeous but I didn't get the opportunity to use it. The hotel is not far from nice restaurants and shopping areas, and so conveniently close to KICC.

A microwave in the room would have been helpful. The sliding glass door in the room was almost impossible to open or close. It wasnt anything that would keep me from staying again

Everything about this place from the pool to the entire professional staff is just outstanding. You won't be sorry for staying here. If anything is not to your liking, they will make it right!

the tower that had the view looking over the lake was beautiful! Also very convenient location for night life.

the hotel had some cosmetic issues that were a major eyesore, such as a ceiling tile falling and the debris laying in the hallway for hours on end. Also a water leak with a trash can sitting underneath of it to collect the water, in the middle of the hallway..

I stay here as often as I can.. being homeless and trying to live in hotels is very expensive or dangerous. This hotel is adorable most times and isn't a scary place to stay like all the other motel or hotels in the area for a comparable price.

One security guard.. he called the police and had me trespassed without asking any questions.. because I was sitting on the stairwell coming up with the money needed to book another night.

Cleanliness of hotel, inviting interior and exterior atmosphere, quiet surroundings and convenience to restaurants and shopping. The staff was extremely friendly, accommodating and we enjoyed great customer service

The pillows on our king size bed were small, a bit saggy, flat and uncomfortable and there was no microwave available in our room.

It was convenient an nice to stay at! The staff was excellent!

The only thing I didn't really care for is theirs no vending machines or continental breakfast. All hotels/motels have breakfast of some sort. Even if it's just coffee, milk, and donuts. But lts a great place to stay. The front desk ladies are great at night!

convenience, pool, restaurant inside was awesome- staff at restaurant was awesome too!

there were never any towels in the pool area so we had to bring the towels from our room down. when we asked for more towels, the staff member acted as it were a problem. Also, I was not told at check in that there was a $100 charge for deposit. I had to call once we left and realized it was charged to our card. I was told there had been several people who had called to complain.
