Candlewood Suites Louisville North, an IHG Hotel

These room were nicely set up. We only had to stay for one night, but we come into this area often and stay for several days and this was reasonably priced and will probably stay again when in town. They put me a handicap room when I have no special needs, regular room would have been better

I have great concern for your employees. I am usually up late and I checked your snack section. I soon realized that you had a staff of 1. I am a 30 year law enforcement officer. You deal with hundreds of people a day that you really have no idea what they are capable of and the danger such a large company would place an employee.

The check in was easy and so was checkout. The staff was friendly kind and efficient. John engaged with conversation about why I was there and said to let them know if there was anything I needed. I felt safe which was important since I was traveling alone.

Maybe a bit overpriced. The room was nice and very clean.

The staff is amazing! My first stay here was in May 2018 when my husband had a major heart attack and bypass surgery. He's had some issues since then and I always stay here when he is hospitalized. They ask about him and go out of their way to make sure I am ok and have everything I need. I love having kitchen facilities and a full size fridge so I don't have to eat out every meal. Also, a big plus is the lack of sound carryover from neighboring room. I don't hear anyone's TV but my own.

The kitchen supplies weren't complete. For example, only one glass. I am traveling alone so one glass is fine for me but others may have an issue.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and easy. Lots of information given to make our stay pleasant. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We had a late check in and she still made sure to let us know about everything available to us while we stayed there.

When I checked in I found the receptionist friendly and knowledgeable. She told me all able the facility and directed me to a VERY CLEAN room that was spacious and comfortable. This was a wonderful stay!!

I didn’t like the fact that my stay had to come to an end! I had to leave....😢

It was it all Valen other places like Lowe’s and Walmart and restaurants

The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. This room was a TRUE suite. It had a full dishwasher in it and a two burner stove, plus a FULL fridge!!! Very clean!!

The TV was too small for the room. They had this huge room, and the TV was tiny. Tv's are cheap. Also, they don't clean the room everyday, which was strange to me.

The staff was very pleasant, it was so quiet and relaxing. The room was clean and fresh. Checking in and out was quick and effortless. I highly recommend Candlewood Suites and would definitely stay again!

The only issue was every single channel on the TV was a fuzzy screen, the cable service just wasn't clear. Other than that, no complaints, it was a wonderful experience overall.

Sofa bed was not so great. Mattress was not supportive and sagged.

Staff could of been friendly. Also at the front desk. It smelt like someone smoking in the hallway. Which it was supposed to no smoking. It smelt like Long John Silver in the room.
