The location was perfect, a 5 minute walk from the Big Four bridge and all the restaurants, It is the best area to stay when visiting Louisville, Kentucky, quiet, safe, and close to everything. It was great having a kitchen to heat up food. Breakfast was good. There was freshly cooked oatmeal with toppings along with the usual fare.

There should have been dish soap for washing the dishes.

Breakfast had good selections 😋. But oatmeal was too thick and cold. I had to wipe my table off to eat☹️. GRRRRRRREAT LOCATION along Ohio River. It was really nice Great STAY-CATION.

Easy parking. Rooms were grrrrrreattt, pool was AWESOME. Washer and dryer was on site. Staff was overly nice pleasant and accomidating😊. BEST I HAVE SEE IN A LONG LONG TIME. THEY WERE VERY VERY KIND!

The general manager took great measures to check in with us and make sure that we were happy with our room. The staff was professional and provided feedback on places to shop/eat. If I travel again, I will be coming back.

The lack of room service. This wasn't too much trouble because I was in/out of the room frequently, but offering it at least once during my stay would be nice.

The location was great for our visit. The facilities were nice overall. The fitness room was well-equipped although some pieces needed repair. The lobby/breakfast attendant, Harvey, was very friendly and offered information and history about the area.

The facilities, though nice overall, are beginning to show age. Housekeeping was okay but not top notch - perhaps there are staffing issues like everywhere else.

Loved the rooms, great location. Staff was wonderful and very accommodating. COVID has changed our way of life. I felt safe staying here

We were greeted very warmly when we arrived. We chose this location as it was close to our commitment, they accepted pets, and ratings and reviews were great. The shower shelves were dirty, and the bed was extremely hard. The second night we got extra pillows which did help a bit. The continental breakfast was a grab and go. I do understand with COVID-19 it makes it very hard, the choices were mostly high fat high carb. There was no tea for hot tea. Only two to the hot tub at a time. One group stayed in it all night. No time limits.

Nice hotel with a very good location. We had our dog with us and there were several nice parks to take a walk. One was directly behind the hotel which was nice. The Hotel is Located right near the walking bridge over the Ohio River that links Jeffersonville to Kentucky with a pretty view of the Louisville skyline. Is within walking distance to the town of Jeffersonville. Several restaurants to choose from.

The breakfast was very good with waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, juice and coffee. Harvey, who was responsible for fixing breakfast did an outstanding job. The room and staff was very good.

Great location, friendly and knowledgeable staff were happy to help. Rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. Workout room is well-equipped. The property was secure and safe for someone traveling alone.

I was totally pleased with my stay.

The location was superb. The staff was exceptional and the exercise equipment was in good condition.

The hallways were dated and the breakfast stopped too early. I know it’s over at 10, but we had a celebration of life til late in the night, and after exercising and showering, I made it down at 10:15. They should consider going until 11 on weekends.

Harvey is a wonderful employee who makes the breakfast a special experience. Denise is a great GM who is very helpful on the telephone. The staff at the front desk is very friendly. The Derby welcome gift was much appreciated!
