Fairfield Inn & Suites Louisville New Albany IN

Most of the staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was nice with lots of options. The lobby was comfortable and cozy

We checked out the morning of the 29th and the young man gave us a little attitude. The front lobby doors are locked for security and we did not know this. My husband tried to come back in and the doors would not open. The young man got upset like we knew they were locked. And had a small attitude about it. Other than that everything was excellent.

Very clean and smelled new. Smaller room but we didn't mind. Good breakfast, and in close proximity to market street and things to do. Friendly enough staff and free coffee at all hours was nice.

Bed wasn't the most comfortable. There were traveling baseball teams staying and they were outside making a lot of noise at 11:30pm. They were throwing a football near vehicles and screaming. It would have been nice if staff would have asked them to stop since their parents apparently failed at their job of teaching them to be courteous.

Great location when visiting friends in New Albany. Great view overlooking the city, however you must ask for it, otherwise you're looking at the hillside they dug out to build the hotel.

Need additional well lit signs, currently only one sign and it's off the main road. If one didn't know about the hotel's location they would miss it completely. Another item, the walls are not as "sound proof" as one would think from a hotel so new. The sounds from next door interrupted our sleep.

Didn’t get to have breakfast due to not waking up on time. Great staff, bug room, felt safe and very relaxed. I liked the walk in shower and the room display with the big tv. For what I paid it was well worth it.

Didn’t see anything that needed improvement or anything that could’ve been better. Was very outstanding and I’d definitely recommend this hotel. Glad I got to stay and visit for a few nights.

I had a medical emergency in the middle of the night. The staff was so kind and helpful in directing us to the nearest hospital since it wasn’t severe enough for an ambulance but did need immediate attention. 4 minutes from a hospital and we’re given perfect directions.

There was no liner in the bathroom trash can. A small complaint overall.

We checked in, went to our room and then out to dinner. When we returned, as we were adjacent to the electrical room, there was a vibration that was going to be a problem. I went down to the desk and was immediately given another room, no problem, no issue just a perfect solution. I was really impressed!

Conveniently located off the highway with easy on and off, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable

The pool area was smaller than expected, didn't allow much activity to take place in it

It was an amazing quality for its price point, a well spent use of time and quality. Also the property is almost a year old, so it still practically smells new. Close to everything, gorgeous view of the New Albany skyline with bit of Louisville far off to the right of it. It was fantastic. I’m tall, so the shower head being even above me was a welcome and pleasant surprise. Smart TV and Comfy beds made for an ideal lazy Sunday.

I only will say that site I booked from didn’t list this property as having a pool(indoor), maybe I missed it, I wish I knew so I could have brought my swimsuit and googles, I didn’t want to buy another suit just to go swimming I’ll just have to save that for another visit. Also the water pressure in the sink was a tad bit weak, but honestly this stuff was barely a blemish on our stay for the weekend. I hope others will take the time to stay here.

I really love the location of the property, easy on and off the highway. Not to mention it is very close to shopping and restaurants. If you need health care, it's close by as well.

No complaints. My client picked up the tab for the room so I stayed nice than usual and it's amazing what a few extra dollars will get you. This property was immaculate from the entrance to the restrooms and everything in between. I have no complaints at all.
