Comfort Inn Indianapolis South I-65

The staff was super friendly and helpful, the bed was so cozy, and I love that little reading lamps that are connected to the beside lamps, great for a mood light. Always a sucker for n armchair, and the stream in the shower was super strong! The Dennys was right next door so it was great.

Well there were a few cons, the bathroom tub drain was retaining water despite the drain being open, a collection of water while I was showering was not ideal, also the toilet seat was very loose so i hope that they that get fixed. The smell of the room was a bit strange, like a dry smell of a room that hasn’t been opened in a while. No idea why.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful! The room was decent with a fairly comfortable bed. I really liked how the bed had a variety of pillows with different levels of firmness and moldability. The breakfast was decent and had a variety of hot items, including eggs, sausage, and waffles. If that's not good enough for you, the hotel is right next to a Denny's. The wifi was also surprisingly good, too.

While not a terrible location, the area around the hotel is a little rough with roads that are in awful condition. A shame as the hotel is stellar otherwise.

One of the best places I have stayed at. Staff were great and helpful. Everyone was so nice. Breakfast was exceptional. Had everything one will need for breakfast and lunch. I am I awe of the quality of the breakfast and choices avalaible. Bed was comfortable and room clean. Was great value for money. Don't mind the negative reviews, this place is great! recommending it to friends and family.

My room was not cleaned the first night. But it's a minor Inconvenience, the receptionist brought supplies and fresh towels with a warm apology. The only major concern for me is the noisy heating system that keeps turning on and off occasionally with loud noise. Otherwise great place!

Very nice rooms - clean and plenty of space for famiy to be together. It was nice having our rooms across the hall from each other. Breakfast was excellent and staff serving breakfast was helpful and very welcoming.

We specifically chose this location to have a pool for the kids - this was THE selling point. When we arrived, we were told the pool was "out of service". Did not state this on the website.

Clean and comfortable room, this fit our budget perfectly for our trip. Staff was stressed after a power outage the day before, but were super friendly when arriving and made sure that we were comfortable. Ice machine wasnt working and staff shared ice they had to accomodate needs.

There is nothing negative to say about my stay other than a broken ice machine but staff accommodated that issue.

Good location near our destination. Very comfortable beds. Spacious room. Good variety of breakfast foods. Well lit parking lot. Clean room.

Older property that was clean but could see the wear of many years of use. Pleased that was non smoking in the building but there seemed to be smokers just outside the door each time I entered or went out. Price seemed a little high.

Great overall. One minor glitch. Room was neat and clean. However, the pillows didn't have pillow cases on them. I worked in the hospitality industry for two decades. The bed was so well made, I hadn't notice for quite a while. It gave me quite a chuckle. Very quick response from night manager. BTW, the pillows and bed were amazingly comfortable! Day manager was equally accommodating during a very busy breakfast run.

although it is an older property, it’s well located , the rooms are very spacious . they are equipped with a mini fridge , microwave and cabinets for storage. The staff is very attentive and the complementary breakfast is a plus.

the pool seemed to need maintenance

the facilities are ok, a reasonable price . breakfast, they should put more variety, a frozen sandwich, donuts, muffins, coffee and juice I think it is little, yogurt and fruit would be very good from my point of view, the beds are very comfortable, shops nearby , close to downtown Indianapolis. I stayed 3 nights at least they made my bed and took out the garbage, it was a family trip in general my stay in this hotel was good and I would stay there again.

bathroom had a bit of mold in the tub. the pool was not open

The ladies at the front desk were really nice and it was very easy to check in. I got a king size room and the space was great and it was clean. The area is nice and about 20 minutes away from the mall area and 9 minutes away from downtown. If we come back to Indianapolis we are for sure going to stay here again.

Mmm I guess if I could say anything it would be like putting more than 1 towel each in the room.
