The room and the staff were exceptional, very impressive. The guests were also friendly and helpful. I really felt that the staff cared and they wanted you to know, that they did. I have been in a precarious situation, of late. It was nice to feel that I'm Important.
No help with the vending machine. Staff commented, they were not owned by the property. But a guest did try to help me. And ...there were issues with theTV reception. IAM NOT A FAN Of DIRECT TV....

The bed was very comfortable and the room was extremely clean. The staff were friendly and the location was great, only 15 mins from downtown. The accessibility for my Uber drivers was great, it was right off the express way.
I requested extra pillows which I did not receive due to the hotel not having enough to spare. I was required to pay a $50 deposit when I got there that I was not told about, however it was refunded in 5 days. Also I feel that $200 for 1 night was a little steep, however I was not going to stay somewhere with bad reviews so I paid the extra.

the room was clean the bed was comfortable. it was quiet. I got a great nights sleep.
The housekeeper knocked on my door at 10:50 then when I made it know that I was still in room she opened my door. I don’t appreciate that at all. it was extremely rude. check out is 11am I don’t need someone entering my room at 10:50. they can be more patient. I was out at 11. when I saw her on my way out I said it was not 11 why did you open my door she said it’s almost 11.

Clean, new-looking room, there were a lot of people staying there but it was plenty quiet for me, and I'm a bad sleeper. A lot of care was taken with COVID precautions, I was impressed.
Missed having a coffeepot in the room and/or coffee in lobby, but I understand this was probably a COVID thing, and anyway I bring my own coffeepot, plus there was a donut place nearby. So I didn't ding them for that.

Clean room and friendly staff. There was a small problem with the toilet clogging, however, maintenance came right away and fixed it. They are wonderful there!
The room I was in didn't have a microwave or a mini fridge - That would have been great to have.
