abrupt incline/decline to enter lot. dragged the bottom of my car several times. dark hallways only ice machine on first floor elevator tucked in a dark nook of the hallway some of the food was cold during breakfast. and could stand to have written instructions for waffle maker.

There is a very good breakfast selection. From dry cereal to waffles and most everything in between. The room was clean, and pleasant. Very good!

It was a bit pricey for the age of the hotel. We were on our way back from Columbia SC. The hotel rooms we stayed at in Louisville KY on the way down, and in Columbia, were all similar in size at half the price. The Indianapolis hotel did have better bedding than the Louisville hotel. The Columbia hotel had similar bedding to Indianapolis. I think if the price could have been around $150 including tax instead of $200 and I would have rated the price question and the room size question much differently. It is a nice hotel and I would recommend it to anyone.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. We were there with our school band and the kids had late night competition and may have needed to get out earlier than the breakfast hours. The staff offered to have something available to them earlier if needed. That was super nice!! They also were awesome letting kiddos back into their rooms when they locked themselves out.

All was good.

THE BREAKFAST!!! We are a pretty large family of six. An 8 Year old, 7 year old, 5 year old, and a 3 week old. There was something for everyone and plenty to eat. Of course, the formula for the baby was provided by us. Great job guys!!!

A little bit more pricey than I would have liked.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! We got in very late and they got us checked in very quick! They had reservations for the pool so it was not overcrowded. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. After returning home I realized I had forgotten my glasses and they were very responsive and called me back immediately to arrange a shipment to me! It is very conveniently located next to gas stations, restaurants, coffee, and shopping! We will definitely stay here again.

A few of our lamps did not work but there was still plenty of lighting. My room was right next to the stairs so it was very noisy, however that is my biggest complaint so I just know to request a different room next time. Nothing hotel staff can do about that. They were very accommodating.

I loved the location n the restaurants around it. The rooms were very clean, organized and the bed was comfortable. The hotel tries to schedule times for guests to use the pool and it was nice to finally get in a good swim workout after a year. HOWEVER, Some of the guest didn't adhere to those times n tried to embark on our time. It was NCAA tournament week n the town was jumping. There was a bar next door and they welcomed us in.

The staff was nice and friendly. It wasn't that I didn't like certain things, it just didn't have a warm feel like "come again."When leaving we wanted to shower and called the front desk for fresh linen they questioned me if I was staying another day as if to say "what for." NOOOO but I want a fresh washcloth n towel to clean myself is that ok we used the ones you put out already YESTERDAY. I like taking pictures when in a nice hotel. There was no nice decor to take pictures around. Then. when checking out we were literally 5 min out of the shower the cleaning staff knocked twice n just entered...😒 Can you please wait for a response before entering? We were leaving so no, there was no do not disturb sign on the door.

Convenient to the events we were attending. Breakfast was good. Room seemed clean. Bed was comfortable.

Elevator wasn't clean. Price seemed high for just okay hotel. Called hotel when I got home and the front desk never returned to phone after being placed on hold. Tried several times and never got to talk with a staff person. Frustrating.

Frustrated about being told about no breakfast because of covid but waffle house right down road was amazing

Some of the pictures on the website were deceiving. We did not get some of the amenities that was shown but other than that it was a wonderful experience. Very nice front desk service. Elevator had some names scraped into the metal from people that are disrespectful but other than that very clean and worked great. Smooth ride. Beds are so comfy and pool was great!

I had a minor issue happen when I got to my room. I let the gentleman at the desk know and he took care of it, no problem.

There was a cheezit under the TV stand that wasn’t from us. I only noticed because I dropped something and had to get level with the floor to figure out where it went.

Price was OK.

Your pictures were not correct. The room I booked was no longer available, due to some remodeling. The front desk person told us they sent information to booking.com to update, and it was not updated.
