Baymont by Wyndham Franklin

Great location with plenty of parking. Receptionist was wonderful and I feel bad that I didn't get her name. She was the sweetest person and worked hard to make sure that we all had rooms near each other. The rooms were clean. There was a lot of light in the parking lot which made us feel safer.

Stayed here twice 4 days apart. Our party required 3 rooms. On the first stay none of us were able to connect to the internet. My room (I believe it was #123) had no fan in the bathroom and the bed was extremely hard and made all kinds of creaking noises every time I moved. The second stay we were able to connect most of our devices to the internet and my room did have a fan in the bathroom

We stayed here on our way to and from Florida, it is right off the highway and there where a couple restaurants and a gas station right across the street, which is really convenient. The employees were nice and welcoming. We had a nice stay and we would stay here again.

The beds aren’t the most comfortable and the rooms could really use a deep cleaning. Don’t get me wrong the rooms are clean but they’re not at the same time, if that makes sense. I noticed thick dust and stuff splattered on the walls, the chairs and ironing board are stained, the tv screens have something splattered on them and the ac is dirty. We didn’t have a bad stay, the price is right and it is a good place to stay while on the road, it just really needs a deep cleaning.

Clean rooms and the water pressure in the shower was amazing.

We got there at 1am and just needed somewhere to sleep for a few hours. The air conditioner was off when we got there (which I understand). It took over an hour to somewhat cool off. Our friends stayed in another room and didn’t have the same issue. All in all, it was clean and served our purpose.

This hotel just off 65 exceeded our expectations! The rooms are beautiful, clean, beds comfortable, and staff super friendly. Breakfast was more than we expected; besides yoghurt, they serve cereal, juice, waffles, toast, and bagels. Restaurants are within walking distance.

Honestly, I cannot think of anything. Maybe the coffee could have been stronger but that is just a preference

Bed was comfortable, room looked newly renovated. Breakfast was typical cold cereal, toast, bagels, yogurt, coffee and juices some fruits and prepackaged donuts. They did have eggo waffles and syrup for them. Pool looked nice, but we didn't use it, arrived very late. Overall great hotel and price was good.

I didnt find anything that I would have considered bad.

The location was exceptional compared to the other prices in the same area.

We requested rooms side by side. But we got rooms five away from each other. I requested a 12:00 p.m. check-in but wasn't actually able to check in until 3:20. Overall it wasn't that much of a problem. And I am fairly satisfied

The price was good.It was comfortable. The bed was comfortable

The outdated decore.The bedspreads and.blankets were itchy fabric. The ice machine was very old but worked. No, vending machines in the area that was surpose to have them

Always stay here for value and consistency . Enjoy street level rooms ,and plenty of food and fuel very close . This facility is half way between home and our regular destination.

Ran into traffic jam trying to get there . LOL

We have to admit the breakfast was the only disappointment it was pitiful. Coffee was very good

My husband is diabetic and there was nothing he could have. There was no fruit or any nourishing food to start your day

When I reserve a room on Booking I always check the pay at the property box. The man behind the desk says it’s already paid for by the card that I used to hold it. I always use a credit card to hold and a debit card to pay. That was my only complaint.
