Clean, comfortable, room service was excellent, breakfast was good, and customer service was awesome. The first room they put us in had a smoke smell and the front desk guy quickly solved the problem by putting us in another room that was perfect. The pool looked nice and clean.
It was a bit noisy if you stay in the rooms facing the main road. There is no elevator so if you have trouble doing stairs, ask for a first floor room.

Paid so that I would have breakfast in the morning and they closed down at 9:00 that's a little early for a holiday weekend most hotels are open till 10:00 a.m.

The beds here are amazing. Each bed has 4 pillows, the bedding is is exquisite. The room was clean and the shower HOT.
Only thing negative would have to be the very loud road noise due to the outside facing rooms.. But since we always travel with white noise machines everything was fine.

It was my girlfriend and I first time here and we loved it! Everything was so clean and fresh! You could smell that they’d actually thoroughly cleaned the room(and that’s a plus due to COVID-19). The bed was huge and soft as well! Anytime we’re in Kentucky again we’ll be staying here!

Both of the male service desk workers I talked to were incredibly helpful and welcoming!
The door had quite a bit of gap (1/2 inch of light came through around the whole door) so it feels unsafe.

Outside looked shabby. Breakfast was not to our liking. We left bags untouched in room. They were not at all healthy. Understand that Covid precautions contributed to this though.
