Everything. check-in was a breeze. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The property was a little old but was very clean and in excellent repair. Located on I-65 20 minutes from Bowling Green and 30 minutes from Nashville if you want easy access to a bigger city. Price is the best in the area.
Room was advertised as having two queen beds and actually had two full beds which is what I was looking for but didn’t see any on the website. I think they advertised “breakfast included”, but they don’t offer one which is not an issue for me.

When I arrived they did not have any record of a reservation for me at all. They knew nothing about it and had nothing in their computer about a reservation for me. I was fortunately able to get a room from them by talking to them in person and doing the actual booking myself at last minute in person.
After a long day of travel it was disturbing not to have a reservation that was not booked by you Bookings.com for me. So, I am upset you left me without a reservation at all. Gene Rutkowski
