Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Franklin, an IHG Hotel

Lots of breakfast options. I was hoping the cinnamon rolls would be warmer or had a microwave to heat them up (though I may have missed it, I only stayed one night). The room was very clean and comfortable, however the claim of "hospital-grade clean" is questionable after seeing a layer of dust on top of the outlet in the bathroom (but that's just my tendency to pay ridiculous attention to details). Overall, we were very happy with the stay. We have stayed at a couple hotels in Franklin, KY and this is the best by far.

Everything was great, just wish we could have stayed more than one night and had a chance to utilize the indoor pool and hot tub.

The breakfast, the location and the employees were excellent.

There were many dogs there during our stay and I was concerned about my allergies due to dogs and cats. The dogs seemed to be everywhere and that was concerning. I had hoped that there were special rooms for pets and their owners and special rooms for people allergic to them. But it looked like they did not have special accommodations due to the holiday weekend.

The staff was awesome. I believe the girl elese was her name that was working when we checked in. She went above an beyond to help us. She gets a 10 star. The hotel was very very clean. The breakfast was awesome. They even had biscuits an gravy which is my fav , eggs , bacon , cereal , toast and more. Very good breakfast staff as well. We took our lil 4 month old dig an my 5 yr old emma. Me an emma went swimming. They had a awesome pool indoor that was very warm so I loved that we didn't have to freeze In a. Indoor pool like at other places . They have free wifi an decent cable channels. The only thing I didn't like is the air conditioning on there wall wouldn't run continuously so we could sleep with the sound of the air running, plus it got extremely hot in our room due to the air cuts on n off about every 8 mins or so. I still give them a 5 star. I wished they could fix there air units at the guest preference if we wanna keep it running then let us if we want it on auto or just off all together. I got ober it though an downloaded a fan app on my phone for sound an slept with no clothes on so make myself comfortable. I'd stay here again an just take a fan the next time I go. Amazing place Nite there is a few food places , a Walmart close by an gas stations but nothing much other than that and close to the Tennessee state line.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoyed the full breakfast. It was delicious! During our stay, we needed extra towels so I walked down to the laundry area to ask for some. One of the ladies insisted on bringing them to our room. They were also very accommodating. Aside from the hot tub not working properly, everything was amazing. We will be returning.

My husband and i were looking forward to using the hot tub but it was not working at the time during our stay.

Room was attractive and spacious with updated decor in restful soothing colors. Beds were comfortable. Entire room was clean including the bathroom. Shower was great. Breakfast was very good and included wonderful bacon, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, pancakes, oatmeal with many toppings, pastries, muffins, cereals, juice, coffee, milk, etc.

Shower gel dispenser didn't work or was possibly empty? Disappointing because the couple of drops I was able to get smelled wonderful.

Hotel and room were clean and spacious. All the staff was super nice and polite. Breakfast was all hot and fresh.

The pool was broken but thats not the fault of hotel or staff. I asked how long pool was going to be down for and gentleman at desk quickly answered questions. He said pool was down to heating element being bad and they were waiting on part. ONCE AGAIN NOT ANYONES OR HOTELS FAULT. The hotel and staff were great.

Terrific value. Friendly front desk staff when we checked in. Exceptionally clean room, with modern furnishings and the most comfortable bed and pillows I've ever slept on. Wonderful hot breakfast buffet. Breakfast attendant very friendly and efficient. If all Holiday Inn Express & Suites are this nice, I will stay with this brand every time.

The only negative comment I have, which is no fault at all of the hotel, is that there were children in the room above us that were making a lot of noise, but that did settle down within a couple of hours. For the next time, I will request a room on the highest floor if possible.

Breakfast was great. The ladies working the breakfast bar made you feel like you were at Grandma’s house. The room was clean and comfortable. The area was nice with several restaurants nearby. The kids loved the indoor pool! The room had a frig and microwave. The air conditioner cooled well and wasn’t too noisy. Parking was plentiful and convenient.

It was a little noisy. Traffic noise was slightly bothersome. There were small details that needed to be attended to. The security lock on the adjoining room door was broken. There were coats left in the closet. The TV remote didn’t work properly and no phone to call the front desk. It was fine for one night.

Beds very comfortable - my wife was very impressed. Breakfast was good - good variety and fresh.

Initial room we checked into had an issue with the A/C - it was 84 in the room and felt like the heat was on (it was mid-June and in the upper 80s that day). No adjustment seemed to work, but the front desk staff quickly moved us to a new room.

Night staff was great accommodating a last minute booking and late check in with excellent customer service, common areas and guest room looked smelled and felt clean, bed was comfortable and linens were soft, everything in the room was in working order.
