Holiday Inn New Orleans West Bank Tower, an IHG Hotel

The staff was awesome. Chelsea the waitress at the restuarant ran the whole place alone and the chef in the back made the best food!!! I appreciated there efforts due to being understaffed and made my dinner experience enjoyable! Kia at the front desk was professional and the general manager honored my request for a city view. Thank you to all the ladies who did an amazing job. Next time Iam in town I will stay here again! The best in Value and quality and price , location.

The bathroom had hairs all over and that was gross it was not cleaned properly but i didnt complain because im not into that.

Soon as I walked in the hotel I was pleasantly amazed. It is the month of December, the first thing I noticed was how well decorated it was. I can admit, the outside of this hotel will have you fooled upon walking inside. The front desk rep Dawn was very professional. The room was amazing! Super spacious, great view of city, clean, and comfy bed for sleeping! Bathroom was beautiful as well and looks newly renovated. I cannot wait to book with this hotel again. 😊

My only complaint would be parking, it was limited especially arriving late at night.

Best hotel I’ve stayed at in awhile. We stayed here the night before our cruise and it was clean, the staff was extremely friendly, and the bed was comfy. Parking is just $5 a day for cruise parking and there was a super great shuttle service for $10 a person to the cruise port. Highly recommend .

The only thing was there was no counter space in the bathroom… struggled with all of my products and having no where to put them, but it wouldn’t prevent me from not staying again.

Prices were still extremely high being that the events in the city were cancelled. The tub would not drain as i showered, so water was filling up in the tub as i showered

Room clean and comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful.

Parking was a joke. Parking lot needs to be refinished AND striped. There was construction/ remodeling going on but it appeared as though they were unprepared with regard to proper signage and making sure guests were the first priority amidst the chaos. There was no mention of construction when the reservation was made. This would have been helpful for someone with mobility issues.

Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room, and Unique building. Round House Restaurant was good and prices capable to area.

Carpet in room could use a cleaning. Not stained that you could see but if you walk barefoot you can feel it. Parking was hard to navigate with no marked area to leave a pull around at the end and the road is one way so you couldn't get to the back side easily.

The room was comfortable for us.

The elevator was a little sketch. It broke down once or twice during our stay. Needs to be properly fixed. We attempted to eat dinner in their restaurant attached to the building and the service was not the best. They were completely understaffed. We had to leave and find somewhere else for dinner.

The room was big enough for three people. The bed is comfy, and the area has different places to eat and a Walmart. It was a convenient location to leave the car and take an Uber or taxi to New Orleans.

It doesn't have any transportation to downtown.

Everything was great. Went to Roundhouse Restaurant both nights. Only 1 waitress. She was bartender and took/delivered orders. She's worked her tail off and was so nice. I really felt for her. We were in town for the Sugarbowl along with lots of others. It was very busy both nights.

I love the property I’m there almost 1 a month. hotel is always clean.

last stay there was some kind of construction are something going on and wasn’t notified of it until I got to my room and instantly I caught a bad headache actually had to leave the Room until they were done. just thought guest should have been better notified about that ,other than that this has always been my place to stay 😊
