La Quinta Inn by Wyndham New Orleans West Bank / Gretna

The only thing I was please with it I was charge double on my Visa card I had 3 extra transactions the lady @ the front desk explained it to me that my money would go back on my card when I check out and it did .But I couldn't use my card because of the 3 extra transactions it had my card into a negative balance so I had to borrow money from my family until.i check out so they can add my money back on my card I didn't like that but other than that my stay was excellent

The staff was helpful and very friendy. The bed was comfy. Good continental breakfast, nice pool area.

I almost fell getting out of tub it is super slippery and no handrails or grip strips on tub floor and they seem to have a problem with towels, there never is any.

Quiet nice and clean

The assistant general manager had a very nasty attitude! I tried to pay for another night and I was tryna tell her about the toilet wasn’t working! Every time I flushed the toilet it overflowed! She got mad and told me I didn’t have to worry about paying for another night ! My feelings was very hurt and I felt very disrespected

Good location…. was able to leave my truck there while we went on our cruise… all the stuff was great and the breakfast was good

we had to change rooms because the Tv didn’t work and in the second room there was underwear behind our bathroom door but we were on a girls trip so we laughed it off

It was a good location

First hotel I stayed in that the room did not have a refrigerator or microwave they told me only certain rooms have it which I think that is crazy all rooms should have refrigerators in microwave

The location was good, only a few miles from the cruise port.

It was a bit dated but clean, rather expensive for what we got but I suppose they can charge for the location.

The staff. They Not big on smiling but still was nice staff

The ground floor room I had. Baaaaaaaaaaabyy threw it away. But seriously, the odor was bad. Upon opening the door the smell burned. 

The room was very confortable and big sized, the location was great and the breakfast very chic!

A set of extra pillows would have been great

It was convenient, accessible and the beds were super comfortable. The room was spacious with a microwave and refrigerator. There was a large table with comfortable chairs.

There was a smell in the room possibly from water in the room at one time. The room had been scented with an air freshener but it wasn’t enough to take it out. By the strong smell of the room freshener, a good effort was definitely made to take the smell out of the room.

The location of the breakfast bar and seating was fine.

The selection was poor. No waffles, hot eggs, meats. I'm diabetic and need to eat regularly with lots of protein.
