Courtyard by Marriott New Orleans Westbank/Gretna

Antanika Lloyd made our stay here amazing. She was very professional and provided us with a lot of helpful information about the city. She greeted us with a warm and friendly smile. She was very patient and did not rush conversation with us.

I wish that a shuttle would have been available to assist with getting to and from the port for our cruise. Also maybe if breakfast would have been included in the price.

I liked Larry the host at the registration. He was super friendly and had an amazing personality. I had an issue with my room and Larry came up to see what was going on. He checked everything, made a call for help then got me moved to another room. Thank you Larry!!

The bed was too soft for my liking. The bistro should close at midnight.

I didn't do breakfast. I had leftover cake from the Celebration of Life Ceremony for my Uncle Terry that took place on Friday morning, with coffee in my room. This location was convenient access by Uber to the 861 Behrman Hwy location of Petite Occassions. I also liked the outside patio by the fire pit-- I've always loved chilling outside on summer nights in New Orleans. No place like home, Cher.

It would've been nice if the bar had been open but I came prepared with my own bottle of wine-- this is the second time this year that my family has suffered the loss of a loved one unrelated to the COVID-19 virus. It's sad that we don't get together more often as a family, like we did when I was a little girl. God bless the souls gone on and the living who survive them. Otherwise, this was the best venue for me-- quiet and away from other people looking for company. I liked the solitude.

A great option for those cruising out of New Orleans. They let us keep our car on their parking lot at no charge. A short Uber ride and you are at the cruise port.

Did not kieit was not satisfied at all I thought it would have been a hot breakfast had to travel across the street to Waffe House.

I thought the breakfast should have been better wanted something hot went across the street to Waffle House.

Clean and convenient for objectives

I personally experienced a very unsettling attitude and disposition from one of the Desk employees/receptionists.

All went well, the staff was attentive and welcoming. The only thing was the pool not being open. the rest of the stay was remarkabel. I forgot my suit bag in the closet so I called back to be assisted. I was taken care of promptly and geniunely.

The hospitality every time I walked through the door several times a day sometimes by the same person. Very comfortable and close to my people and the GNO bridge.

Need to clean the shower better and lower prices if possible I think it’s overpriced. Or offer complimentary breakfast and coffee . The pool was still closed

The dinner we had was great and the parking was top notch. The staff was so great. I will definitely be staying again. I travel to NOLA a couple times a year and the best we have found.

Most of all that you don't keep change if you can't use your credit card to purchase something that's the only complaint that I have thank you very much
