Comfort Inn Airport

The room was remodeled and had two dbl beds. Very comfy. Large TV [didn't use]. desk and iron/ironing board. nice lighting, and floors were in tile. Hot water great in shower. Did not spend much time in the room, but it would have been nice if I did. This is an older property, but staff seem to be working hard to keep improving. Great value [all Portland hotels are expensive, 50% of what a previous reservation at the Hilton Garden Inn nearby would have cost me].

3 story property. Center stairwell was no problem. One central elevator was kind of iffy.

It was very clean and close to everything. I felt safe even though I was traveling alone. Nice breakfast included (bagels,waffles,cereal,oatmeal,toast,ect). Booked on short notice after having to leave my previously booked place because it was filthy and unsafe. Staff was very friendly.

Very comfortable beds. Everything was great. They need to provide glasses for wine should one want a drink in their room other than paper cups. The breakfast is not great

The hotel was convenient to the airport as we had an early flight out the next day. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The housekeeping staff were most helpful.

No one was at the front desk when we tried to check in and out so we had to wait for a staff member. In checking out, we simply left the keys in a drop off box as we had to leave to catch a flight.

The staff that greeted me when we arrived was SUPER (late Friday evening). Best I've dealt with in a long time. The comforters (very clean) and were brought to our room upon request only..not left on the bed. Not yucky spreads that I dont touch. This was the BEST hotel regarding COVID restrictions. They ROCKED it.. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable, the room temp was great, TV. Check out was good.

There was a back door kept open with a garbage can, and there were "characters"..and I am not sure who was loud right near us in the middle of the night but someone was raising their voice and loud. I think it is where we were staying. My last 2 hotel stays(one at another unrelated hotel) both when we brought our dog they seemed to place us near where some employees stayed. (Our dog doesn't really bark) Internet weak..

very pleased that we were able to check in about 1 hour early. Bed was comfortable. quiet.

That towels etc were not in bathroom. Needed a towel rack in bathroom

Room was nice, I will remember next time I book there to specify close to the elevator as I have COPD and walking long distances aren't easy. No breakfast was provided due to restrictions imposed on the hotel to contain the virus. I appreciate their thoughtfulness in this matter.

Needless to say, being COPD effects me greatly and the location of our room away from front office was inconvenient. We did try the steps but that not only aggravated my COPD but also my hip that I recently had surgery on

Renovated rooms, comfortable beds, easy to locate

Entrance and landscaping needs attention, breakfast area is small

Convenient location for flying out of Portland, easy to navigate to from highway, staff super friendly, and bed was comfy.

The heat was entirely off in my room upon arrival (I stayed during the pandemic) and it took quite some time to warm the room up given that it was January.

No breakfast room because of covid, nice "bag breakfast" Staff nice and professional. Changed our room for non-functioning heat, replaced tv remote.
