Would have preferred free breakfast as many others do offer this. Outdoor courtyard or seating area would have been nice

Would have enjoyed bed being made every day as in the past. Covid restrictions are an excuse for not offering cleaning service Ie. Towels etc

The beds were comfy and for the location, it was much more quiet then I’d expected.

Just previous to the stay here, we’d stayed at another Hilton property in Watertown, Boston. They served a lovely complimentary breakfast buffet. I was saddened to learn that the breakfast here was not complimentary. Also, the customer service person whom we checked out with at the conclusion of our stay couldn’t have been less friendly. It was a sad conclusion to our stay.

Location is very convenient as it’s right across from the mall. I came for my birthday and was initially disappointed when I was given a room on the 2nd floor with a view of just AC machines, I spoke with the front desk and he was kind enough to give us another room on the 6th floor with a much better view for no up-charge! It was greatly appreciated and made the stay 10x more enjoyable. Will definitely be returning.

There is no other breakfast option offered other than a 12 dollar “All-You-Can-Eat” sit down meal. It would’ve been nice if they at least offered some sort of quick grab and go breakfast ( they did have one for the airline crew )for those of us who are not in the mood for a sit down breakfast/ don’t have time.

The staff was really friendly and accommodating. We had gone to PortCon 2022 and they were a pleasure to work with and the con staff. Very accepting as well! Love this location!

The air conditioning could've been better, you could tell as soon as you stepped outside the hotel room the sudden difference in the hallways with how muggy it was. However, it didn't take away from the experience too much.

Rooms all updated. Comfortable bedding. Quality linens and personal care products. Very friendly staff.

For some reason, even though I had a confirmed booking.com reservation, the hotel did not have a record of it. But they gave me the same room at the same price promised on booking.com which was great. There were very busy, so I am glad it worked out.

I always wanted to go here and try it out. it wasn’t bad. I loved how spacious the rooms are.

Sadly, there’s two things. Behind the furniture was a little dirty and dusty. The bed was too hard and kinda hurt my back.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location by airport. Free shuttle pick up from airport and free drop off at nearby car rental agency.

Bathtub was weirdly slippery - made showering harder. I informed front desk and they said they’d look into it.

The staff that checked us in was very warm and welcoming. He gave us all the information we could want and made sure we knew he was available if we thought of anything else we needed. The room was attractive and plenty spacious with a very comfortable bed and seating. We appreciated the availability of the mini fridge and microwave and the fact that they were hidden away in the console was great. The bathroom was very clean and well stocked and the roomy closet had anything else we could have needed.

The noise from the next rooms and hallway, but that goes along with hotel stays. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The hotel and room were very clean and the staff were friendly.

Breakfast was an additional charge, which I did know about ahead of time, but the breakfast was lousy. The food was not good, the selection was minimal, and many items were either not available or stale and/or dry.

We were greeted warmly and courteously by Jason. Our check in took very little time and was quite painless. We'll be staying there again in 3 weeks and another 3 weeks after that and then 7 weeks later. Looking forward to our visits even though we are staying for hospital appts.

The bathtub in our room would not drain. For both days we were there we saw moldy pieces of carrots on the elevator floor.
