Website said had fitness center but they said not available due to renovations. I didn’t see anywhere it could have been even with the limited renovations. Nice breakfast for the room price

Stayed here for two days and we loved it. We had stayed in a more expensive hotel a few weeks prior and this one was better by far. I don't know why the reviews are so bad. Staff were friendly and nice. Room was great.

The front desk woman was friendly and helpful. She provided information on where to get food.
There was no elevator. I had a lot of baggage, so it was a little cumbersome. The breakfast could have been better. The coffee could have been better.

Everyone was very friendly from day 1 to check out. The Facility manager was extremely nice upon check out and was very concerned with our stay and for us to leave a review.. As I am in retail I know the value of a good review.
