Hampton Inn Portland-Airport

breakfast room was wonderful. Beds were fine

Nothing of substance. We have been staying here for many years, and it is still good. Some will comment that there is a need for refreshment. We didn’t really feel that way, but it is true that there has been no renovation for a long time. Something worth consideration, but not a major problem. I is quite expensive for Canadians because of the dollar gap, but not the end of the world

They issued me a room on the ground floor. As soon as we walked in,we were overcome the ordor of cigarettes and nicotine. The front desk immediately changed our room. The next room had a light over the sink out. We checked in on Saturday and still was not replaced on Tuesday when We checked out. There was one point when we could smell manajuana coming in through the air conditioning because guest were smoking in the parking lot near our room. Other then that the stay was good.

Maybe have someone who can do small repairs working on the weekends.

Everything was great. The lady who checked us in was so good in trying to check people in all at the same time of multi-tasking to address other needs at the same time since she was the only one on duty at the time. The bed was one of the most comfortable that I have ever slept in, in a motel/hotel. I have chronic joint/hip issues and to be able to sleep until 10am rarely ever happens so to be comfortable and be able to was AMAZING!!!! They were all great with our service dog as well.

We had a Lovely 😊 time with you. We were greeted warmly & anything we needed we were taking care of Your Complimentary Breakfast was really good 👍 The gentleman that was in charge of Breakfast the days we were there was very helpful & friendly! He is Definitely an Asset for the Hampton Inn! Would suggest Bacon as a choice in the future Thanks Very Much!

Traveling thru Maine and picked Hampton Inn Airport since it was along the highway and we weren't sure what we wanted to do while in Portland. It was perfect as woke up and did the Williams Park and lighthouses in South Portland then spent the rest of the day in downtown Portland. Staff was very nice and helpful from the front desk staff (Haley) to the breakfast staff ( older guy was funny).

Breakfast was good there wasn’t a lot of dairy free options or vegetarian options but was able to make do with what there was 🙂 loved the service and the rooms the pool was good as well.

The hot tub didn’t seem like it worked very well even though a lot of people crowded into it it didn’t seem very hot.

great location for the airport next to the mall with plenty of food options and shopping, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and I liked that they offered GF bread. Overall good value for the money.

Showing its age, could use some upgrades. Add charging station on nightstands.

Good internet connection. Cozy bed after long drive, and comfortable shower.

Heating system was noisy during the night - disturbed my wife's sleep. One recommendation: availability of EV charging ports on site, or at least nearby, since EV's will be increasingly common.

Staff was great. We arrived earlier than planned and they accommodated an earlier check in. Kids loved the pool though the jacuzzi was not working it was fun overall. Nice patio outside to sit and relax

Jacuzzi wasn’t properly working. Water was a little dirty

Everything exceeded expectations. My room was huge, clean, and all the details were thought of. Breakfast had lots of options. Fitness room was perfect for my on-the-road workout. Location was perfect - I had arrived to PMW at midnight and the taxi over to the hotel was less than $15. I'll absolutely stay there next time I fly into Portland.
