The room views was amazing but could use screen door on the slider .beds are so comfy. Fridays bartender at pool was so kind . Loved the large shower with double show heads

No screen door on slider we had to leave it open in evening do to someone else smiling weed Saturday and our entire room smells . They sent security up to our room but no one checked to see here it was coming from . Need exhaust fan in bathroom and curtains on windows in living area.. also as we sat it bar by the pool we watch a large mouse running in the hut which is understandable with the cold n current remodeling the 2nd foor. Really miss the hot tubs out on the deck out side

Housekeepers at your door before check out one knock and then they enter! This east at 9:40. Also check in is at 5 pm now. So for them to expect you to leave earlier is insane!!

We have stayed there twice before and liked the facilities, that's why we came back again this year. I thought we found the complex much cleaner this year than prior ones.

I felt for the price paid for the room, that we should have had daily room cleaning service as the first year we were there. Last year I could understand with the shortage of help because of covid, but this year there appeared to be plenty of help available. Just don't feel you should have to ask for additional kitchen and bath towels, and even toilet paper and complementary coffee which was to be provided in the rooms.

Loved Jessica at the front desk she was super helpful and friendly. Loved the indoor pool especially for this time of year.

The pool could be open a little later and they could serve food at the pool bar a little later.

I didnt have any meals at Schooners. But i loved having a full condo for my family and friends. All kitchen appliances pots dishes ice making fridge and a dish washer. A jet tub 2 full bathrooms. The beach ocean views at sunrise are amazing for miles. One complaint i have is the decor is not modern or beachy at all.

I thought that it was a nice size room. And had everything we needed.

There were mice in the room. I really hate mice so I didn't sleep very well.

I loved the convenience to the beach. I loved the atrium room. I could watch my boys playing in the pool from the balcony. I also enjoyed watching the sun come up from the balcony. I enjoyed the food, drinks and live entertainment at the Currents bar.

There was no information in the room about the restaurants in the resort or in the area near the resort. There was no information about the television or available channels (Samsung TV). I had to look it up on the internet. Although the suite sleeps 4-6 people, there was only bath linen in the bathroom for 2 people.

Room was exceptional , huge,King bed , with kitchen and living room with two TV s , we had partial view of the beach , which could of been better being that the hotel was near empty, place was very clean , pool and atrium was crazy cool with sauna and Jacuzzi, staff very friendly , gave us tips on were to eat and were to see the wild horses in the state park.

Temps were cool at night , upper 30 s , we put the heat on in the room but it never seemed to warm up but it wasn't to bad anyway.

Loved the suites! I came solo for a break from a hectic work schedule. Although, I did not watch much TV, I appreciated having TVs in the living room area and the bedroom. Usually, I sleep in an adjustable bed. The bed was super comfortable and I slept like a baby. I am a vegetarian and it was wonderful having a fully loaded kitchen, so I could cook healthy meals. Great location to walk out to the beach! I highly recommend this place and plan to return again.

The spa service, was no service. I went down in person to request a facial. I asked for a schedule of the services and the young lady told me they did not have anything written and I needed to go out to the website and book my appointment. Lousy customer service! I'm there in person and you make no effort to go on your computer and help me book the appointment!!??! No effort! I went to the website to book my appointment. The website is very poor, everything is packaged, not broken down. I could not determine how to book just a facial. I decided to check out A Perfect Face Day Spa in West Ocean City. Best facial I ever had! Everything worked out okay.
