Love Ocean City Md Love beachfront, and the 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was very nice

The process of checking in and trying to get in the condo was absolutely horrible, did not like virtual check in, and we couldn't get into the condo when we got there and couldn't get into the condo Saturday evening after going out for dinner. Because of this I will not book there again which is ashame because I like the place, but give me a card to access the condo Thank you

Nice rooms with comfortable furniture. Can't beat the value of this hotel. We had a wonderful time!

You sold the building and we don't know if we will ever be able to go back there. We love it there!

ATTENTION NEEDED!! Handicap elevator in pool area not working again had to help my sister get my nephew down steps in his chair

Great location for the price! Up-to-dat'ish' i.e. if you squint your eyes it looks gorgeous but look close and things like the painted cabinets are not done well, walls and vents are worn. Lots of linens and toiletries included and the kitchen is very well stocked. Maybe could have used a larger pot and some covered pans. Great pool! Overall, a great deal for the time and location. We even extended our stay an extra 2 days, which was very easy to do thru the virtual front desk.

There wasn't much I didn't like per se, the electronic lock was a bit finicky and the pool was definitely not heated. The bed were a little squishy but didn't bother me, tho my wife was uncomfortable some nights.

Loved the view fabulous! Very equipped with everything you need, from cooking to cleaning the mess up to bathroom soaps and towels, all the bedding you need, laundry soaps for your clothes & what not was very private, very quiet the balcony was also very private. kitchen , living room & both bed and bath rooms were clean an bed made up nicely & they even folded the toliet paper lol loved my stay with kasa oc md will be back !

My only complaint I would have is that the floors were absolutely disgusting your feet were black within 5 min of taking off your shoes or getting out of the shower I swept the floor myself everyday being there because well sand an everything else but even when I checked in and it was just "cleaned" prior to me checking in the floor could absolutely NOT have been cleaned At all you could just feel all the dirt and see the blackness on your feet that would have to be my only complaint & they didn't have anything to actually clean the floors with other than a broom and dustpan .

It was really nice having a balcony and being able to access from both the living room and the master bedroom. It was right off the elevator so that was also convenient. The rooms were spacious. Would stay again.

I would have like a cooking sheet but was advised they would need purchased ourselves. With all the other kitchen items included you would think that would as well. We also had some issues with the coffee maker and since we can only contact people on website we were not able to cancel assistance in time to tell them we figured it out. That was a bit of an inconvenience.

We loved the rooms layout and the view of the beach was great, the location is beautiful and close to shopping , we tight it was a hotel but it turned out it’s a condo, everything was available in it and we didn’t need any extra things , we loved the washer and dryer but they were very loud and very old but did the job

The beds weren’t comfortable the mattresses needs changing , we sunk in it when we sleep and their was no staff on the property, the office downstairs was for different properties and any questions we asked she said call Kasa

Spacious and comfortable suite! We had plenty of room for our family of 5 in the 2 bedroom suite. We loved that it was right on the beach! We seen dolphins from our balcony in the morning and even the dune foxes! Kids loved the pool & hot tub. It wasn’t overcrowded at all. Heater for the pool was broken at the time of our stay, so it was on the colder side.

The location was really great. We had sufficient space for lounging and ample closet space, too. The bedrooms were a nice size and the master's picture window was glorious. Loved the slider from the bedroom to the balcony. Loved having a washer/dryer right in the room. Wonderful number of towels and washcloths. Everyone enjoyed the room very much. The staff was extremely friendly and informative.

I am very disappointed that the rooms were not scrubbed clean. Splatter on the kitchen wall and grunge build up around the baseboards. Also, the dishes, glasses, and silverware were lacking. An automatic shut-off coffee maker would be a worthy investment, as well. I'm not sure how often windows, walkways, and balconies are power washed, but it should be more often. Trash can was totally disgusting and no extra bags were provided. Overall, everything was tidy, but I don't like to feel that I need to wipe down anything when I check into a hotel/resort.

The staff quickly accommodated me when I explained how my kids were afraid of the higher level and moved me to A lower level.

When moved to the lower level the room had not been cleaned from the previous guest I called and was giggle upset she reassured in the morning that somebody would come clean the room and gave me A 50 gift card for the inconvenience. I think they should make sure rooms Are clean before occupying there should be A maintenance team that checks the electrical sockets and the sliding doors my door did not lock and I had A toddler with me the light in the first bedroom for the bathroom would not come on until I plugged my charger in the wall then all the sockets was workings seems to be a shortage.
