The Westin Copley Place, Boston

Location is great and the Lobby is so accommodating and inviting. Love the bar and lounge. Food is great and the servers are very pleasant. Starbucks is there as well and convenience stores. And of course the lobby is then adjacent to the actual mall and beautiful stores! And other local dining.

I dislike the bathrooms. Very small very low toilets so if u have back problems you will be very uncomfortable. There are no handles in the shower either. Nothing to hang on to getting in or out. And very flat pillows on the bed to sleep. We have stayed 2 times at this hotel.

- Highly professional and friendly receptionist upon arrival. - Checking in was very efficient and quick (took around 2 min) - Housekeeping is very good with taking care of cleaning rooms - The panoramic view of Boston in the suites was amazing and worth the price - The food from room service was delicious - The location was perfect: it’s very close to Boston's landmarks as well as restaurants and shops - Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, markets were within walking distance

- The elevators were very slow even though there were plenty of elevators.

The room was spacious and well designed. I would suggest adding a coffee table in front of the sofa/couch. Bathroom, shower in particular were excellent. I was there for 8 days during which I tried out both the executive studio and the Corner King. They are similar tho the Studio is slightly better designed. Location is amazingly downtown. Concierge is very helpful. The little shop in lobby is open until 9pm and the link to Prudential Mall is useful. The corner rooms have a very nice view of Boston and the T stations are nearby.

It would be nice for them to provide room slippers. Rate is high at about $616/night inclusive of tax. 'Business center' in the form of a PC with printer in the lobby is atrocious. No paper in printer, which I managed to get from the concierge. He informed me that ink was low, which it was and I couldn't print. Someone should have ensured the printer is usable. Room service menu is very limited with like only 4 mains.

the hotel is really nice, lively and it’s in the center of everything. The Prudential Center Mall connected to the hotel is super convenient, especially with the high parking rates in Boston. The staff was helpful and friendly.

I’m allergic to animal dander and dust, and I had allergies for the 7 days a stayed there. I think the people who were before me had a pet, and it wasn’t cleaned well enough, so when I was in bed I had a terrible skin rash. My children aren’t allergic so they were fine throughout the stay. I didn’t mention anything because it hadn’t happened to me before in any trip, but If you’re allergic I would advise to let the hotel know in advance.

Good location near very nice streets, shops and restaurants. Parking is expensive on site, a bit cheaper just on the side. If you stay on the upper levels you have a fantastic view. Gold medal for the concierge team, they were the best at the hotel, cheers to the team.

We made reservation for 4 but only 2 breakfast per day were included. When i made the reservation that breakfast was included was for all the guests not only 2.

Hotel was in a great location and we had a room with a great view of the city

There were some unsupervised kids that had rooms adjacent to our room and they were playing soccer at 10:30pm in the hallway. Not something I’d expect in a four star hotel. This wasn’t necessarily the hotel’s fault but I think they could have been given rooms next to their parents and maybe this would have resulted in less noise for the rest of the hotel guests.

We were visiting Boston for the marathon and this hotel is in the perfect location. It is close to the expo, finish lines, buses. It is also great to see all of the sites in the area, if you are visiting Boston for fun or work. There are metro stops everywhere and we usually walk everywhere. There are plenty of food choices all around the area. The rooms are a great size and we love the river view. We love this location!

The only part we are not fond of is the price during marathon weekend. All of the hotels raise their rates - but we expect that.

Many things — location, cleanliness, decor, comfort, staff, water flow in shower, large containers of shampoo and conditioner and body wash, free bottle water left in the room, views,!quietness

Barn doors at bathrooms — no privacy as they don’t close and seal like a regular door and don’t diminish sounds like a regular door. No good! Better lighting needed. one floor lamp and two bedside lamps don’t sufficiently light the room at night. Cleaning one day wasn’t until late in the day, when we were returning to get ready for dinner. So the maid didn’t finish and didn’t return to finish.

The checkout at 11 AM is not convenient at all, especially since the hotel was not overbooked!! The receptionist informed me that if you want to stay more I have to pay 50$ per hour!! So until 4 PM, which is in similar hotels, will cost me 250$ which is almost a night rate!! The hotel must review this. Also no one asked me if i want to join the westin Loyal program. Not sure if they have one.

Excellent location to be able to walk around and use transportation in the city. The staff were all very nice and helpful while checking in and answering all of our questions. The breakfast menu is really good and the staff where helpful to accommodate gluten-free and dairy-free diets.

The price for valet overnight parking is extremely high. We decided to park elsewhere
