It was the perfect location for the Boston Marathon. The microwave, refrigerator, sink and coffee maker were just what we needed. It was also very quiet.
It wasn't horrible, but having to go across the hall to the bathroom in the middle of the night wasn't my favorite. And climbing up and down stairs to the fourth floor before and after the marathon wouldn't have been my first choice, but again it wasn't horrible.

It was relatively safe. You get a microwave and mini fridge, and the individual bathroom across the hall was clean.
It wasn't as clean as billed, more dusty than should be allowed. The heating systems in the room and bathroom didn't work, so they substitute

Nice location in historical area quite near city center
Accomodation not up to >150 $ standards, needs serious maintenance. Improvised, very loud AC. Narrow (< 5 feet) bed. Sheets didn't fit. Very dirty and worn out carpet in hallway and room. All wiring discutable. Dryer in laundry room out of order. Only 2 coffee pads for 4 nights?!

The location was great if you’re coming for the marathon. but be aware it’s on 4th level with no lift. Wifi was good & all doors are coded. No keys required.
The microwave was not useable. No power to it. Fixed as I was packing up to leave. Only one of 2 hot plates worked. Only one small frypan. No saucepans. Bathroom including toilet was across the hall.

the apartment was clean and directions of how to operate the doors and wifi as well as other guest information was clear and well thought out
the apartment was very small and cramped. It was loud at times from the other apartments. The bathroom across the hall was nice and clean but the journey across a communal hall was sometimes awkward and if you locked the bedroom door you had to put the code in it could take some time to open.
