Inn at St. Botolph

Close to subway, nice neighborhood.

We had guests in the room above us who made a lot of noise walking in their room. Thin walls.

Breakfast was pretty good. Beds were comfy, but the pillows were a little too big for my comfort. The kitchenette was very well equipped, with more than enough room to move around comfortably. And while we did hear the rescue alarms and some screaming teenagers from the street a couple of times, it was pretty quiet and we heard no one in the hallways or other rooms. The hotel was secure and was close to a subway station and within walking distance of Fenway Park. I would and will stay here again!!!

Pillows were a little too stiff and big for my comfort. I also found the TV remote a little confusing, but it most likely is my lack of technical knowledge and not the remote. 🙂

The quietness at night. Really throughout the day the Inn was very peaceful. The morning breakfast was perfect. Just what we needed before big lunches and dinners. The room was clean and well laid out. The staff was extremely kind and helpful!

The brown hallways. Kind of depressing and dated. The room furniture did not feel very clean and was very worn.

The Inn at St. Botolph is located in a wonderful, calm neighborhood. It is within walking distance to Copley and the Green Line, with a 7-11 right across. The room was lovely, very well maintained. It was a nice surprise to see that we could do our laundry, and that a small breakfast (with a very nice coffee choice) was provided, and the staff was super friendly.

The hotel was well-located on the green line, just a few minutes walk from the station. I did not have chance to see the area as I left early and returned late, but did see that there was a Cheesecake Factory opposite the station which would be convenient for dinner. The rooms are well-equipped with a small kitchen area. Breakfast is available in the lounge, and guests take their food back to their rooms to eat at the kitchen table there. So extremely Covid safe. There was a problem with the flush mechanism of my toilet. I mentioned it only on check-out, and the staff said it would be dealt with right away.

The fridge in the room was a little noisy, with the motor running a lot, but it didn't disturb me.

My husband and I loved this place and we would definitely go there again if we ever go back to Boston. The place is really nice, the room was very very spacious, new sheets, new towels, silent, nice view from the room and the location is great. The personnel is really nice.

I loved the quietness and cleanliness of the room. I had an issue when I stayed but the staff quickly resolved it. The location was beautiful. I will look you up next time I am in Boston.

Just had an issue with the toilet in the first room I had. I was put in another room and everything was fine. I wish I could have stayed in this room longer!

Everything was just perfect. The room was comfortable and it had a living room and a well equipped kitchen. Breakfast was great and the staff was kind enough to provide an earlier breakfast on marathon morning! I intend to stay again at The Inn!

Great location in the back bay and friendly courteous staff would highly recommend!

There was small water leak in the ceiling of our room dripping onto the entryway floor but not a big deal, they took care of it eventually but upgraded us to a better room which was much appreciated!

Staying at the Inn felt like home away from home. It was my first time visiting Boston and I felt comfortable traveling around and being able to come back instantly using the green line to Prudential Center station. The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming! The 1bedroom Tom and team upgraded me to was absolutely luxurious, and my friends were envious as they opted for basic ol’ commercial hotels 😂 Safe to say, the Inn at St. Botolph will be my first and only choice when returning to Boston, no matter for either a weekend getaway or an extended stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

WiFi can get spotty, but you can ask for an Ethernet cord!
