Courtyard by Marriott Lenox Berkshires

The hotel was clean, breakfast and food choices was perfect. Sitting area amazing, inside and outside. T try he staff all friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately there was a freak severe storm that passed through the area for only about a half hour. It left many downed trees and branches on the roads and caused a power outage on our strip of road and the Lenox Marriott lost power for about 5 hours in the evening. The staff was amazing, they supplied flashlights and lantern lighting throughout the hotel and stairs. Unfortunately we could not use the pool during that time. And we had refrigerated food that had to be thrown out for fear of spoilage. Besides that event it was a great stay.

The king sofa room layout was excellent, the bed was very comfortable and in good condition, and the lighting options were better than in any other hotel I have stayed in. Most importantly, it had decent blackout curtains. A great place for a 5-day stay. Not all the services were available because of covid but the hotel did a good job in the circumstances. Location was well-situated for a fall trip to the Berkshires. It was newer inside and in better shape than some other hotels in the courtyard chain we have stayed at recently.

Only thing I would change is adding a few more dresser drawers, while the one provided was stylish it left something to be desired in practicality for two adult guests. A taller one would be appreciated for longer stays. But the closet was a decent size!

Room was very comfortable and large. We liked having the loveseat for comfortable tv viewing. Pool and hot tub were greatly. Seating areas in lobby were beautifully appointed I just wasn't sure when they would be used

There was no dining available. There were limited premade items but they were only available until 9am. I was very disappointed that the Starbucks closed so early as well. We knew there was no free breakfast but we chose to stay here for the hot tub. The room was not a disappointment but Marriott is mainly geared to the business traveler. As much as I enjoyed our stay in the beautiful hotel I will probably stay somewhere I can have breakfast the next time I'm in the area

location, newer hotel, very modern

I feel that the rate I was charged was excessive especially when a woman with no reservation walked in while I was checking in and was quoted a rate of $285 for the same night. I was charged $359 and with taxes that ballooned the cost to $401. That was disappointing as I have stayed at this hotel several times and always felt I got good value.

The location, THE VIEW, the cleanliness, the housekeeping staff very nice, sweet & acknowledge you when passing by.

I know it's petty but the extremely small size of the coffee maker & fridge compared to other $300/night hotels was pretty funny. The weird shaped & small size of pool was also weird.

Apparent blood stain on shower wall when we got there, and no housekeeping around to clean it up. The only cups in room were 2 paper cups for coffee. Housekeeping did not provide new cups when these were used.

Great location. Quiet, comfortable and clean. Fast WIFI and helpful staff.

I would have loved a bathtub in the room. The first room had a very loud generator-like noise going on and off every ten minutes. However, the staff was very attentive and moved us immediately.

We got a king size bed and the room was super big and bed was extremely comfortable. Very fancy looking. Location was easy to find and they had free parking.

Staff during check in and check out not very friendly and would have liked to have breaksfast included for the price considering the location.

My mom is stage 4 terminal cancer and coming back here after our stay in May 2019 this was on her bucket list. The staff, Timothy & Judy were stellar! We appreciated their kindness and caring towards our stay. Getting an extra blanket for my mom and giving us a room close to elevators was great customer service! The entire staff was very nice!! Always welcomed with a smile!

Extremely friendly staff. Very clean and nice room.

We paid an exorbitant amount for a room that should have been half the cost. But the Berkshire properties gouge everyone during the summer season.
