Quality Inn

Great location. Our focus was Stockbridge for the Rockwell museum but we were not interested in paying $$$ just to be close. This fit the bill, good value for what we got. Walking distance to downtown Lee where there are restaurants and small shops including ice cream (very important!!)!

My only true dislike were the pillows on the bed but that is more of a personal preference than anything else. They were puffy and plump but I found them much too soft.

Location was great, breakfast was exactly what I assumed/hoped it would be, shower was really good, bed and bedding were very comfortable.

I wished I had thought to ask to NOT be the closest room to the stairwell. 2 reasons: traveling alone, I think I’d feel safer down the hall a little instead of in the very first room AND it’s probably a louder room because you hear ppl going up/down the echoing stairs.

Front desk person was very plesant and helpful. Professional too which is rare these days. Bed was super comfy!

Although desk lamp was plugged in, it didn't work. Unfortunately the lamp was the only nearby place to plug in the coffee maker (lamp has outlets at base). When I followed the lamp cord it appeared to be plugged in. I could not check actual plug though because it is behind the tv console which is Heavy (I know I tried to move it). So, I had to move the coffee maker to the bathroom which made it feel like a cheap motel instead of a hotel. Also there was a used paper plate on top of the closet about 1/4 hanging off the edge which I threw away. No biggie. I don't know know why a guest would put a paper plate so high up. Probably the housekeeping staff either didn't see it or couldn't reach it. That was a guests fault for putting it in such a strange out of the way place.

reserved room with Booking.com.....@ $89 with no cancellation fee could have reserved room with Quality Inn @85 but had cancellation fee also could have received bonus points as member so, I signed up....and what happens.....there was a fee if I cancelled !! so, Booking.com....you lied....gave false info.... I will never use you again....I will tell others NOT to use Booking.com

The location was convenient to everywhere I needed to go. Room cleanliness and furnishings exceeded my expectations. I was a little apprehensive when I booked as to what the experience would be like. The price point for a decent room in the Berkshires in peak vacation season can be very high. The price I paid was moderate in comparison and made me wonder if there would be deficits associated with staying there. Happily, it turns out that there were not. The room was clean, furnishings fairly new and tasteful. Also comfortable. Excellent value for the money.

This Quality Inn was great - it exceeded our expectations. The check-in was quick, the person at the reception was friendly, the rooms were large and comfortable, the A/C worked great, the bathroom was clean. The breakfast in the morning was excellent, much better than a typical breakfast one gets in a hotel at this rate.

We reserved way in advance so we could get a handicapped room. It was not available when we got there and the handicapped person had a TERRIBLE time in the bathroom- needed help getting off the toilet and it was VERY uncomfortable and embarrassing for her to have to be helped. We would stay here again but only if our requested room was available!

Breakfast was probably way more than what was necessary. The gym was great!!! Comfy bed. Clean, welcoming lobby.

Not the hotel's issue really, but I was FURIOUS that booking.com did not include the address of the hotel in their confirmation. I had a lot of trouble finding the place. Maybe you can address this with them?

Great location, quiet, ample parking, clean and tidy. Friendly, helpful staff The A/C system worked very well, and was not overly noisy.

The price was approximately $45-$65 higher than I thought it should be. The breakfast eating area was extremely small; would have liked egg, meat, potato options for entree. Limited vending machine options, (would like a drinks only machine).

The manager who greeted me was very friendly and helpful in recommending nearby restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall, this was a great experience.

The only issue is that I discovered the phone in the room didn't work when I tried to call the front desk.
