I'm kinda a germophobe lol, so I was pleased at how clean our room was! Exceeded expectations. Very comfortably appointed room and bathroom. The two women working the front desk were professional, gracious, helpful and friendly. Couldn't ask for better service. Room is well insulated from city noise and we couldn't hear neighbors or hallway noise at all. Will def stay here again when going to another rock concert or ballgame at Fenway Park! We enjoyed an easy 20 minute walk to the show at historic Fenway and didn't have to deal with the subway, although that's a convenient option as well.

The AC in the room was a bit loud, but it was white noise which I actually didn't mind!

Breakfast was very adequate.

The hotel is great and you all work very hard. As we are senior citizens, when we arrived at the entrance in our taxi there was not an offer to see if we needed help, which I would have appreciated. As it was we managed once I saw the carts for bags, but someone could have welcomed us. Also really did not like the fact that I had booked through booking.com and when we went to cancel our last night as plans had changed, at first they said we were not eligible to do so. It turns out we were eligible but we had to defend ourselves mightily several times.

the air conditioning was like we were sleeping in an airplane that was taking off in our room every time it would turn on.

I liked the location, accessible to longwood area (main hospitals in Boston). Shops and restaurants are all within a walking distance. Swimming pool and free wifi are good facilities which increase our entertainment. The hotel environment is very convenient with positive vibes. The front desk staff Baba and Ruth thankfully understand our situation as a couple with kids and did their best to provide us a connected rooms which really increase our comfort as a family with kids. All the staff are very friendly, smiling all the time, doing their best to accomodate our requests any time. Special thanks to cress who made my little daughter feel happy when ever we passed by the lobby by his great sense of humor. I recommend this for family with kids, I am sure they will enjoy it.

They don't have luggage personnel, and houskeeping are done by requests. However, when we asked for houskeeping one day before, it was scheduled and done perfectly.

Front desk personnel efficiency, great communication and courteousness. The ability to take a shuttle to Dana Farber, the room was amazing. Love the remote blinds. Beautiful decor throughout the hotel. They also have valet parking! I was also able to request a later check out due to a conflict in medical appointment. It would have been nice to have a small coffee bar downstairs with fresh creamer. The room machine was fine but not the best. This is the case in many hotels so not a problem with this hotel. They do have an attached restaurant but I did not have time to check it out. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing, Best hotel stay in a long time!

The location was a 5 minute walk to my daughter's apartment, the green line and a variety of restaurants. My room was huge, well laid out, attractive and comfortable. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds that I've ever slept in. For the first time, I slept soundly on the first night. I also loved the large desk. The front desk and valet staff are very friendly and helpful. The self-service snack/coffee kiosk that's open 24 hours is a nice feature.

Service during breakfast was a bit disappointing. The staff tried very hard to be professional and polite but there was a lack of some basic skills (not bringing silverware, salt & pepper, cream for coffee or tea, refilling cups). My daughter and I are resourceful and not too bothered but other customers around us got quite upset and set an uptight vibe. Also, for the rate per night, I had expected some complimentary waters in my room but found myself spending more money on water bottles. Sigh. And the parking fee is unexpectedly high - $45 per night plus tips to the valet. I recently stayed at another Boston hotel and paid less than $30 per night.

We have stayed here a few times as it is near Brigham and Women’s Hospital. We appreciate the hospital shuttle. The accommodations are spacious and comfortable. It is great to have an onsite restaurant. Nalda is lovely. I also like being able to walk parts of the Emerald trail which is right across from the hotel.

It seemed as if the restaurant was very short staffed. Also, this time, lunch was not served during the weekdays. There were dirty dishes left for an entire day by the elevator on our floor. Not good.

The room is spacious with a comfortable bed, and the hotel is conveniently located near Harvard Medical School. I believe there is a shuttle available but we didn't use it. Additionally, the room has a coffee machine, microwave, and mini refrigerator, making it convenient for preparing small lunches. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. We stayed on the 10th floor and were treated to a phenomenal view of the park.

I wish there were breakfast included.

Location was excellent. Room size was excellent. Beds were good. A little softer than I would like, but the room was clean and the bathroom was large. The gym was modern and the equipment in good working order.

Very poor lighting in our room. Only lights were in the door way and bathroom. There were tiny lights by the bed. There was a terrible light by the desk and the chair that were not helpful. Also, on the site it said there was a discount for people visiting family in the hospital. We booked due to this, but when we attempted to ask about this at the desk, the attendant acted like he didn't understand us. Also, parking was $45 a night and he dissuaded us from other sites. He did not talk about free parking in the area. NO free breakfast. Air conditioning unit worked but was loud and kept going on and off.

The property is great - location was within walking distance to the train, restaurants, stores. The employees were friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious, clean and everything worked properly. The beds were super comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

When we checked-in they asked how often we wanted maid service during our stay and we said everyday. They never came once. It wasn't that big of a deal but fresh towels and having the trash cans emptied would have been nice.
