80% of the staff were very good, friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable but I was given incorrect info for parking which cost me an extra $40 dollars...in addition, the bartender on Sunday evening in the Longwood Grille was anything but accommodating, he was impatient in taking our drink order and was sure to advise us a few times that he would be closing soon even though there were still several people enjoying f& b at the time, we certainly did not feel welcome

Perfect location. It was so quiet on the floor at all hours. It seemed as though we were the only ones there even though the hotel was totally booked. Food court was a plus as well as Starbucks across the street. Only 15 minutes walk to fenway.
The double parking in the garage and the card to get out of the garage didn’t work. The attendant said he couldn’t help-only the hotel could. Scrambling in and out of hotel a few times with cars behind me waiting to exit was nerve wracking. It still didn’t work so he felt sorry for me and just let me go.

The room setup was better than I expected, I liked that there was a refrigerator and microwave, because I wasn't expecting that in the room. I also enjoyed the room service, even though it was pricey, it was worth it after a long traveling day. I also enjoyed the restaurant downstairs. The staff, especially Beatriz and Yves were especially pleasant and very helpful to my family and I.

Beds and bedding were awesome. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Having a fridge and microwave were very convenient.
No electric kettle or proper mugs and plates in room. Only paper cups. And they were not microwave safe. Windows do not open even a little. No bidet. (But that is all over the USA not just in this Inn)

The hotel room was very clean and well put together. The bed was incredibly comfortable (I forgot to check the brand!). The amenities were great and the room was quite big. The T stop was only about a 5 minute walk away. You cut through Harvard Medical which was really pretty. There's also lots of food and shops in the area, and if you need any medical attention, it's all around you.
Parking is an extra cost, which seems to be normal in the city (if parking is even offered). It is cheaper than anywhere else I found though, but it ends right when check out is.

Bathrooms were so tiny, but overall a good value comparatively. Would have been nice to have a place to get a bottle of water nearby, there is a food court (restaurant was closed), with McDonalds nearby. Many restaurants within walking distance, so not a biggie.

Loved the food court attached and the fact that we could walk to Fenway park from the hotel.
The parking garage got flooded and we had to walk thru two feet of water. Also, no AC in the hallway. So it was hot. The restaurant was not opened on weekends either

The location was awesome. Walking distance to Fenway which is why we were in Boston. It was great that there was a food court on site as well as a dine in restaurant and the food was great as was the service.

Only complaint is the water pressure in the shower was poor… Women with long thick hair would take forever to rinse any product out.

It was extremely noisy and I was there for my daughter who needed the children’s hospital. The room had a funny smell as well. The front desk staff overall was very kind but you had to wait forever for someone to come from the back to help you.
