I like the fact that the evening night guy was very accommodating he brought things up to my room brought me up some apples cuz I'm starving he's very very much a gentleman and did more than he should have he deserves you know recognition for that I'm really staying here tomorrow because of the quality of your rooms and the quality of your staff

What I didn't like was the fact that the housekeeping wasn't up to par I didn't get no fresh towels cuz it wasn't done and I'm the girl that is applying for two days a week the breakfast from 3:00 to 11:00 I wanted to use laundry tonight because they're not there to do it that's just who I am I am going to get the job because I'm confident and I'm going to make your business work even better and smoother and you're going to love me cuz I'm a team player and I'm a hard worker and I'll be working one of my favorite hotel

Location for our needs

Breakfast was awful! The milk was sour! And only offered cereal, waffles and old apples! After going to the front desk the gentleman got me some yogurt and muffins from a room beside the dining area but only after I stated that breakfast was not over untill nine and he should NOT have run out of all pastries or bagels. He got only for myself and my friend the yogurt and roll! Not even any bread or a toaster! But staff was very polite when I complained took care of my business!

Very close to the highway and airport, close to Walmart and many food places. Room was relatively clean, super big room and lots of free parking. Consider the low price everything worth.

Front desk staff keep asking guest to leave a google review with their name in it, this happened during check in and check out. They are friendly but just little bit annoying. I didn't try the breakfast because many reviews said the breakfast is not good.

Breakfast was extremely limited. Only one cereal option, no produce, waffle machine wasn't ready, no muffins or bagels or doughnuts, very limited selection of beverage and no cream or sugar for the coffee. Not a place to stay at if the breakfast is an important part for you.

Placing a note card by the TV with operation instructions would have been helpful. A simple call to the front desk resolved the confusion.

I like talking it was the night staff was amazing the guy that wants to front desk he deserves recognition for how hard he works for his customers and no matter how many times I bought him the accommodated my needs so that's why I'm staying another night.

Going to Michael's the housekeeping it could have been better but like I said I'm going to file an application for that too and I know I'll get weed housekeeper I'm not confident

staff is absolutely exceptional the room was clean and were no issues with cleanliness. The breakfast was decent but the staff was extremely helpful. we got a free room upgrade which was nice.

The only thing that puzzled me was there’s no parking hardly ever there because it’s the airport hotel and I wonder if you’re a guest there what to do if there’s no parking? Also we could barely get into the hotel just because they didn’t plow the entranceway, but it had been days since that storm happened so I was very confused as to why they didn’t clear for guests. we almost got stuck a couple of times.

Breakfast is good. The location is also good. Serves well in the neighborhood area of Detroit. Moreover, the hotel gives upgrades and free shuttle service in the airport area. I stayed for two spells of about a week each and used it as my temporary home. I felt good and comfirtable

Courteous Staff, Free Breakfast, Free Room Upgrade, Free Shuttle Service and personal touch at the staff level which made my stay in two spells a comfirtable one.

Clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff, especially PD.

Having cereal and waffles as the only options for breakfast. Not being advised in advance that I would also be charged a $50 fee for incidentals. I was told this will be refunded to my credit card after check-out. I sure hope so!

I've stayed several times here and have always been treated with courtesy and prompt service. I drive truck for Swift transportation

The only thing about the place I don't like is you don't have enough truck parking for even a bobtail and that's the only thing I don't like

Clean, nice staff very comfortable

No coffee pot in room. Went down to front desk got a pot and it didn't work. Oh well they had unlimited coffee in lobby. NEED a couple benches for older giest to sit outside. The place is airport parking/shuttle. No good parking for guest.
