Hampton Inn Detroit/Belleville-Airport Area

The room is spatious and clean with all the amenities included and well organized. I am surprise that they provided additional body care product for free, and that's more than most of the competitors offers. The location is also very convenient, close to highway, lots of food, groceries and pharmacies within two-three min drive. Very good stay! I've stayed in other Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn and so on, and this is above the expectation.

I was caught in the storm so the trip was delayed for a day, and to be honest, it was very appreciated that they helped me change the check-in date after free cancellation. But when I asked for an updated booking confirmation to help with border crossing, they never send me one. Little thing, hope it can work better. Breakfast can be improved, and don't cook sausage gravy anymore, that was disaster.

The beds were comfortable, the room was spacious & attractive. The pool was nice.Breakfast was good & a really nice variety to choose from.

The room didn't have a microwave. The juice machine was broken and other than coffee there was no alternative beverage set out. We had to find the "breakfast person" and ask if there was anything for us to drink. We were given 2 bottles of water for the 4 of us. Other guests were requesting water too. It would have been nice to have it out where it was available instead of having to find someone.

Hotel was great far as location to nearby restaurants expressway & even Walmart.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Each room we booked under had the same complaint. Hotel could use some updating

The Breakfast was good. The facility was very clean. The pool was great as was the fitness center. Both very clean.

The Pool shower did not work well. Also the room door and bathroom door strikes were very loose on our room # 101. Great location. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Easy freeway access. Very close to our Daughter and son-in-law.

Easy check in/out. Staff was friendly. The room was clean.

The hallways by the rooms are extremely cold! The room was cold when we got there but the thermostat was easily accessible. But those hallways were very chilly.

Free airport shuttle / free parking, Digital thermostat in room is great, AC/Heat surprisingly quiet, temperature very comfortable, room very clean, staff very helpful, location very quiet, beds very comfortable, excellent hygiene (hand sanitizers throughout, mandatory masks, no pets allowed, no smoking, no self-service for breakfast - someone serves you, etc).

No water bottle in the room (had to go down to vending machine to buy one), would have been nice to include a free bottle of water in the room. Breakfast (although tasty) didn't have many options available. Also had to switch rooms, because the room on the first floor had a strong smell.

Breakfast was great! My request for extra pillows was taken care of quickly!

My only complaint was the heating/cooling unit did not have a continuous fan mode. I need the white noise when sleeping in hotels. The front desk explained that it was an energy saving thing. I had to download a fan app on my phone.

The breakfast was delicious, a lot of options to choose from. Lobby was clean and the front desk staff was very polite. Good job.

Only thing was the hours for pool time, but everything else was great.

It was clean, quiet and perfect location. Breakfast was very good.

The shower was not good and the fact that there was no lock on the bathroom door.

The blackout curtains on the windows don't close all the way and so sunlight and the lights from the parking lot were glaring into the room.
