Travelodge by Wyndham Reno

The woman who checked me, Christina went out of her way to make sure I got a room. She was also super sweet. Sadly the woman in the morning at check out could barely speak up to say where I could find breakfast. You couldn’t make out what she had said, additionally it was closed. Other than that the rooms were cream and comfortable.

Just the interaction with the morning staff. Since they don’t have breakfast I am sure they get asked a lot when it comes to people looking for breakfast To not have a few suggestions that are open. Especially if they know the guest is walking to their breakfast destination

Friendly staff, liked that room had mini fridge and microwave. Location was great, one block from circus circus. Good size hotel, with balcony.

We arrived earlier than expected and were told to return at 3 for check-in. We arrived at 3 and computer system was slow and did not get checked in until 3:45. No iron or ironing board in room. Our room was at stairway so very noisy at night. Was an inconvenience that ice machine was located in main office lobby only. Homeless people around hotel. No security. Coffee machine did not work, perhaps the outlet??

The price! We were on a weekend getaway to California and every hotel we stayed at we ended up paying over 150 a night. The place we stayed the night before in Santa Cruz was 275 a night, and we had to leave because it had so many bugs! It was the cheapest place there too. So it was nice to find a place that wasn’t expensive but was clean. It was a great relief.

Parking was a hassle, we ended up across the street which was only annoying because we had the carry all out stuff and a newborn and a toddler.

I didn't expect to spend the night at a hotel and was in an upset mood. The receptionist was so kind to me. I was so frazzled I must have asked her the same questions a few times and she wasn't short with me. Wish I had gotten her name. She made sure I was comfortable. Maybe she was just doing her job but 10/10.

Wish the heater had a remote lol #lazy

Most were good. Newly painted walls, new comfortable beds, new sheets, blankets and towels. Wish to know what brand the mattresses were. Comfortable office chair.

Their bathtub,very slippery while showering. No bath mat for it.

An extremely exceptional value! I had no idea you could a decent room for such a low rate!!

I can’t complain about it shower area that hasn’t been updated because of the value it afforded us.

There was no breakfast they need to put more toilet paper and more lights it was kind of dark they only have one like going I asked for some light bulbs but the lamps were not suitable for the light bulbs other than that everything was fine except for the neighbors next door they were up at 4:00 in the morning smoking and drinking and laughing and woke us up and I couldn't go back to sleep I stayed in room 326 so they must have been in 325 they were very loud other than that the room was all right.

located near the entertainment we were looking for. room was clean and large enough. beds were very comfortable.

no hot water in the room for shower or sink. noisy guests at 3:00 in the morning.

It was nice to have a good clean room, for a value price that I could afford while traveling.

a small continental breakfast was promised, how ever nothing was provided. The morning clerk was very rude.

The room and the beds were a nice size and the facilities were good. Staff were helpful and professional. It was a clean room, with comfortable beds.

It was all fine
