Bally's Lake Tahoe Casino Resort

You guy's exceeded our expectations, Sal and Francisco were amazing. We are making this hotel a yearly visit! Room was beautiful, clean and the view was spectacular. We had the endless pasta bowls in restaurant, food was so delicious. Indoor pool was fantastic too! Cant find one thing to complain about! Thank you Bally's!!!!

My wife and I could not find anything to complain about. We are very particular and you guys get 5 stars from us. Cant wait to come back! :-)

I liked the size of the rooms and it was for a great price. The bathrooms were spacious, and the room was nicely remodeled and a good size. We stayed in two suites that were next to each other, which was very convenient. The rooms were cleverly laid out. Each had two queen size beds and a very soacious vathroom. The pool was nice and warm. I liked that the pool was indoors. The casino has a good amount of games to play and a small arcade for kids too! Each TV had a really good selection of channels to watch. The hotel staff was helpful and courteous, the cleaning staff was diligent and the security personnel was very observant and polite. In summary, the hotel exceeded my expectations. Would definitely recommend!

I wish there were more restaurants. There was only one place to eat. But other than that, the hotel was amazing. Many places to eat within walking distance though.

The room was very spacious and quiet. We had a great mountain view. The bathroom was nicely laid out with a huge walk-in shower. The shower head could use updating, and water felt like it was running out of hit the first night, then it got super hot the next. The ac/heat worked well, but the fan sounded like a blade was bent as it made obvious sounds.

The casino seemed small compared to others in town, and slots were ok. We feel they were tight, and we’d get a ripped-off feeling when we “won” a 4-cent jackpot that doubled to 8 cents…it was insulting to say the least on most payouts…

Cant beat the location right at Stateline, NV. Nice view from the room-or what you could see-we were there during the XMAS 2021 Holiday and Tahoe got 18 FEET of snow. the indoor pool and hot tub is a great feature and benefit of staying here; one of the reasons we like it.

The line at the 1 and only in the hotel Starbux in the morning is ridiculous. I know a lot of folks were snowed in-but still-just 1 morning cafe and no other options (unless you waited for the restaurant to open). Also - the cigarette smoke in the air-I don't know why the casinos don't install a ton of smoke eater machines in their ceilings throughout their gaming floors.

The view was amazing! We could see Lake Tahoe from our window. The queen size beds were very comfortable and I loved the walk-in shower. The hotel was right off the main road and it gave use easy access to anywhere we wanted to go. Great little breakfast cafe on the ground floor. Great service all around

I liked the fact that we were close to the elevators, but it also meant we could hear them running. I am a deep sleeper, so once I fell asleep it didn’t bother me.

So we only had one issue which was not receiving the blanket and extra pillows when requested. I had to call again in the morning, I wasn’t to concerned about it because I’m sure they are short handed but when I called in the morning it was at our room in less than 10 min. Patients is what’s needed during these times and that is what I had. I accidentally reserved a smoking room (smh) and it was smelly but we just walked to CVS and got a deodorizer and you couldn’t even tell it was a smoking room after 10 mins. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Not enough pillows supplied but you can always request more. I do recommend the hallways to be cleaned (vacuumed) more frequently. My family and I really enjoyed our time here so much that my youngest tried collecting all our change to stay another night. She’s 4 and collected $4 and was so proud because she thought that would be enough to allow us to stay; instead we took her to the arcade to spend. She loved it. We also went to the escape room located within the hotel and it was amazing. So much fun and recommend for anyone who loves a challenge.

Beautiful big rooms with fantastic showers. Great sized bed which was super comfy. Pool was pretty cute and the location was brilliant. Staff were also more than helpful and willing to assist in any way.

Room was not serviced whatsoever during our 3 day stay which was disappointing. Parking was easy and plentiful but did not come with the room. A microwave or kettle would have been nice.

This is always my go-to for the most comfortable stay I can get in Lake Tahoe. Excellent WiFi, beautiful furniture, independent room thermostats (unlike Hard rock hotel next door) and wonderfully furnished bathrooms. In addition, there is ample, easily accessible parking facilities - covered if you need it in winter.

No bathtub, and there’s no microwave in the room - the only one available is at the coffee shop on the ground floor, and they tend to not allow its use unless you make a relevant purchase.

It was close by everything!! Will be a great place to stay once the event center opens next door. Staff were friendly but I guess I’m more into bubbly personalities : )

There really isn’t much to say bad about the property but not many food items that we noticed. good thing it’s close to so much. My biggest sad part was how soon they closed the pool/hot tub area….8 PM

We enjoyed the pool and the staff of the pool was very friendly. The food at Cafe del Soul was good. Our room was nice. The shower area fantastic!

We didn’t like the fact that there is no 24 hour restaurant for late night dining. Nowhere to get decaf coffee in the evening. The coffee stand said they didn’t have it! The mattress on the bed needs updating. It’s not very comfortable.
