Beautiful hotel and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Great to have a bar area and somewhere to eat within the hotel. Good options for fast food within walking distance
Would have been good to have a little fridge in the room or a water dispenser next to the ice machine especially with how hot it was when I stayed. On quite a noisy road and the rooms didn't seem to have any soundproofing between them - was woken up early 2 mornings by noise from next door. It is quite a way from the main tourist areas ie Times Square but was well served by express train - took around 20 minutes to get uptown

I love the location, our room was beautiful, the atmosphere, the great vibes, fine dinning, the choice of photos and furniture, I felt so welcome, the staff was so professional, the staff was awesome. Special thanks to Natt, Mrs. Ingrid, Tasha, Victoria, and David. You guys made our 29th Anniversary very special.

The rooms were beautiful. I loved the decor- it was the true essence of Harlem. All the staff was super friendly and helpful.
I wish there was a microwave and a mini fridge in the room. It also would’ve been nice to have a couple bottles of complimentary water next to the coffee and tea.
