Crowne Plaza Albuquerque

the location was good.

the guest services were poor. the half and half for coffee in the room was more than 7 months out of date. we rang the desk to get this replaced and after 3 calls to follow up being put on hold for an extra ordinary amount of time and not being picked we went to the desk to complain. a staff member was sent to our room with replacement half and half. THIS WAS ALSO OUT OF DATE. Obviously no SAFETY officer for Guest room facilities

location was great, cleaning and restaurant staff were great, the hallways are well cooled.

the pool was freezing and dirty, there were only two inner courtyard doors of the MANY that were keycard accessible whereas the other ones were locked without access, the elevator locations are nightmarish for anyone placed in the far side of the building, the shower head pressure was a lesson in humility.

The room was nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The main thing I loved was the balcony, because you can step outside to observe all that was going on, even got to see a fifties style car show across the street!...

The only thing that was not present in our room was a refrigerator and a microwave. Never seen a room without these two necesities. But I guess we were the lucky ones to not have these luxuries in our room.

The location was excellent and the room was updated an very clean!

The Sunday brunch as terrible! The worst brunch I’ve had in years! The first night, large dog barked constantly! After we complained to the staff the next morning, they took action. It was very loud every time someone walked down the hallway so they should have corrected the problem sooner!

The room was very nice, the view was amazing. My husband and I watched the sunset from our balcony. The bathroom was very clean and the bathtub was large. I enjoyed all the extra amenities they had available in the room. Hand lotion, shampoo, etc... They even had room service available, wasn't the greatest food but beat getting out after a long road trip.

I was able to get a room on first floor which made it easy to take my pet outside

I wasn't told what the pet charge was when I was checked in. I was asked for a credit card for incidentals such as dinner. I was never told it would be $50.00 for a pet charge, just incidentals. Very expensive for having a small dog and if I did stay there again it would be without a pet. The charge was out of site compared to other hotels I have stayed at with a pet.

Location, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff.

Food options for dinner didn’t give any choices for kids. Breakfast prices were very high. Room service was not available due to staffing. Needed a few more towels in the room. BUT…overall we enjoyed our stay!

Pretty much everything

The TV didn’t work. Asked to have it fixed and someone was supposed to go while we were out but when we returned it still wasn’t working. Unsure if anyone went or not. Ended up using my laptop to watch streaming apps.

At first glance the hotel looked like it may be a little run down on the exterior but once you go into the front door, who had an actual concierge, it was gorgeous! Staff was exceptional and very helpful, the facility was bustling with happy patrons, the rooms were the cleanest we've been in a long time. Did I mention super comfortable beds?? Good Job Crowne Plaza you've got customers for life. Can't wait to return.

It was a good stay

It was not good when cause wanted to extend my stay but they didn't let me with my debit card but I use it to check and pay but I couldn't use it the next day.. It was a green dot card and it didn't have a mini refrigerator
