Loved the room. Loved the food and drink selections. Loved the service. Front desk girl(afternoon and evening) was very friendly and helpful.

Wedneaday morning receptionist bullied my family over the mask issue. Breakfast crew bullied an elderly Asian couple and made them go to their room over their masks. Hate it. Hate being called out over the masks. We're vaccinated and don't need one. Period. Some people wear them. Fine. Not everyone needs one. Stop training your staff to bully customers. It's never ever okay. Until the mask policy is permanently lifted, my business and I will never stay at another Hilton.

I have stayed at this Hilton Home 2Suite several time and found it prefect for my needs. Easy access to freeway,, great staff, Green chile condiment as an addition to breakfast was highly appreciated.

I didn’t have water for two days. Although I would have moved to another room, it was not offered although I was offered the ability to showered in another room. Will stay again regardless since the problem was unanticipated, and quickly resolved.

The room is enormous, our room was quiet and the bathroom was nice and functional. The breakfast was excellent. The sandwiches were a bit dry but very tasty and filling. The room was clean. The sofa bed was comfortable.

The heating system was a bit loud, I woke up a couple times when it started up. The sofa had some stains on it - not the hotel's fault, but the light fabric used on the sofas is prone to stains. The beds are on the soft side, but still fine.

Exceptional room. We had a king suite and it was very spacious with full size fridge, dishwasher and equipped mini kitchen. The bed was very comfortable, not too soft and linens were nice. Great shower

My only complaint is breakfast fare. There were no sausage or bacon options, so the eggs were plain. No potatoes or sweet muffins, which are usually the norm. But... There were many toppings for waffles and oatmeal.

I had three pets (1 dog/2 cats) with me and they were all very comfortable in the room. I enjoyed the fridge/freezer and microwave. The staff was really nice and resourceful. The breakfast was a really surprising send off. We left early in the morning and the breakfast was more than enough to get the day going. I will definitely stay at home2 again, maybe only lol.

First the desk manager Doug was very nice and helpful. We liked the shuttle service to the nearby restaurant. Doug recommended an excellent place to eat. The beds were comfortable. The pool was nice and relaxing. The breakfast was really good too. Located just a short drive from the Sandia Peak Tram and trails.

The room was wonderfully spacious, very clean, and well equipped. The breakfast was extensive with a beautiful lobby to sit in. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The air conditioning/heat unit in the room was very noisy. The bed was uncomfortably close to the air intake which made it very difficult for my husband to sleep

We like to stay in this hotel when we attend performances at the Popejoy theater because it’s so close to the university, and we like to travel with our pet parrot who is welcome here! Also, the kids love the pool and breakfast!

Although getting to the location was a bit confusing, once there, the staff of this pet friendly hotel were kind and polite. The room had a sanitation seal on the door. Inside the very well maintained King bedroom, there was an apartment sized refrigerator, microwave, mini coffee pot, dishes and a dishwasher. The room had no odor and the bed was oh so comfortable! They served a hot cafeteria style breakfast which you took back to your room. It was nice not to get one of those "grab and go brown bag" breakfasts with a bruised up old apple and a small cold burrito. We will definitely stay again and recommend to our family and friends! Definitely an A+ experience.

There was nothing we disliked.

The breakfast was great. Good variety. The room was comfortable. Great location in ABQ to get to all the sites. The Padilla Mexican Restaurant in 5 minutes away and the best in ABQ.

Walls were thin and an ass next door loudly talked on the phone at 5:30 AM.
