The girl that checked us in was FANTASTIC! she was so friendly and really helpful. she was really great about explaining the facilities, breakfast etc. our room was lovely, clean and very comfortable.

There was a flashing light going off in the room at night close to the bathroom that I couldn’t figured out what it was. Also, at breakfast around 8am there was no coffee and I heard someone ask the staff for coffee and the girl got upset with her saying “I’ll try but I’m so busy” from behind the food station. we waited about 20 min for coffee and no one came to refill it which is a little disappointing especially for breakfast when there’s about 15 people waiting for it.

My son liked the large pull out table on wheels and the divider curtain for the sofa area. He also loved that there was YouTube and Netflix available on the television.

I was surprised by the $250 deposit which was inconspicuously written in the fine print. (I didn't see it.) Also didn’t like the sliding door for the bathroom. There was a gap where you could see into the bathroom. There was no privacy.

The room was exceptional. Beautiful, clean and stylish and with lots of amenities.

Breakfast eating area was too small. One of the elevators was not working at the busiest time of the day which was breakfast and check-out time.

Amazing staff, room super clean and fully equipped. I’d recommend this hotel for everyone that want to go to Buffalo :)

unfortunately that was an event with bbq and pool and the pool was really crowded. the parents were outside on the bbq area and the teenagers were screaming like crazy. but once again, the hotel cannot control it

The breakfast was good. Wish there was a little more options but overall it was good. The location for my family and I was perfect.

Check in and out time. It would of been better if they had doors with locks on the restrooms.

Breakfast location was fine, variety of options excellent, very attentive staff!

Amazed how often there was no one at the front desk, either when I had a question or new patrons arrived.

The rate of the room, especially being the weekend, was very reasonable. Staff was very polite Location to stores and restaurants was perfect!

If I had to say something it would be that there were only elevators at one end. Seriously VERY happy with this location and stay.

The staff was very friendly. They always greeted us with a smile and hello.

I hate the $250 deposit. Also, I would have liked to have had a pull out table to use in the room. (At my last stay at this hotel, the pull out table was awesome.)

Lovely. I had all kinds of crazy arrival time changes due to the flights’ cancelations. I had a very late original arrival but Because of the weather I didn’t arrive until i needed an early check in Because my arrival was then pushed to the following day before noon and my important, in town, event was only a few hours out and I had no luggage. I was grateful for their amenities and I had called and spoke with Angeline. She was extremely helpful and empathetic!! Wow!! As well as Renee was alerted to my early check in and my price had been reduced and I was concerned I’d be obligated to pay for the previous day I “missed” due to weather AND having to incur an unexpected hotel room/cost in Baltimore, MD.

Sadly, due to Covid-19, the work out room was unavailable. But I had no concerns nor complaints.

other breakfast options v unhealthy (full of sugar and salt). would like fresh fruit, oats, nuts/seeds and normal milk. Also more options for Coeliacs, eg. gluten-free cereal and pastries/hot food, and provision of a clean, separate toaster.
