Courtyard by Marriott Buffalo Airport

A good place to stay if you have an early flight the next day. This hotel offers an airport shuttle (you need to let the hotel staff know in advance to book a place on the shuttle though). There is a great diner nearby called Duff's with the best Buffalo's wings in America if not the world - highly recommended.

Our check-in hotel staff were really helpful and friendly, but our next encounters with other staffs later were somewhat less welcoming.

Our flight was early, so we missed out on bfast. A suggestion would be to give early-departing guests a “to-go” b’fast in a paper bag……something like a croissant, a yogurt, an apple and fresh hot tea/coffee.

We did not get the wake-up call we asked for! Fortunately, my husband is used to waking up early, and his internal clock got him up, so we were on time for the shuttle!

Liked the Starbucks in house for morning coffee and they served breakfast too. Not free but it was good. Staff were accommodating. Let us change floors at 11:00 pm when the people on our floor got loud. Shuttle to airport was good too.

Room was clean but nothing special. The TV was not set up across from the bed but off in the corner so you couldn't watch from bed.

The room was larger than expected, especially the reading chair. The desk was useful as I was working remotely during my stay. And it was nice to have a fridge and coffee maker. Everything was clean and the staff was helpful. I even got an early check in, which was clutch after a red eye from the west coast.

Loved the gym. Loved all the space and comfort of the room. Staff was very friendly.

Even though I asked for room service upfront for my whole stay I had to continually ask for my room to be cleaned. Also with room service the bathroom never felt fully cleaned. I also think q tips, more tea options, and some water should be provided

Good location if you need to be close to the airport (for those who like to walk short distances: just don't try to walk to the hotel even though on the map it looks close, take the courtesy shuttle). Clean, the staff accommodated us before the official check in hours.

The AC was too strong and we couldn't adjust it, so for us tik was a little bit too cold in the room.

Having a restaurant in the hotel was convenient. The food was delicious but a little pricey and they were short staffed so there was a bit of a wait. Overall the service was great and the freshness and quality of the food made it worth it.

Great hotel! It was a delight to the sight. The room was clean, spacious, and beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the pillows fluffly as clouds. It has a pool and gym.

Lack of vending machines on the floors.

near to airport and the transfer provided is excellent. Very polite and careful chauffeur , and the vehicle is well kept.

Initial room provided for my kids wasn’t very clean. French fries were left on the bed. But after our feedback we were offered a clean room without delay.

Super comfortable bed. Temperature control in the room. Staff was friendly and helpful. The Bistro is great. Walk in shower was phenomenal. Love this hotel. Right across from the airport too.

There wasn't a microwave in the room and that's really inconvenient being on the go. Only non-complaint I really have. The fridge also didn't get very cool. None of our perishables were kept cold enough.
