The young lady at the desk when we checked in and out was extremely helpful. She was quick to get us 2 out of the 4 rooms 2 hours ahead of check in and gave us directions for a local restaurant that served beef on weck! I accidently left something in the fridge and even though had already checked out, she was able to get me a temporary key to get back in. She rates 5 out of 5 stars with my family! Breakfast buffet had a nice assortment of items for everyone in our party.

The bathroom could use a little update - very clean, especially the tub and shower but the sink, faucet and tiling could use a slight update.

The location was great, across from UB. Plenty of amenities, shopping, restaurants and access to routes to surrounding cities. The Staff very friendly and efficient helpful. Loved the shower. I would recommend placing a couple of makeup remover towelettes in bathroom, I have come to enjoy having the use of them in other hotels I recently stayed. Bottom line. I would definitely rebook here again and have already recommended it to other family members.

We were on the 2nd floor , our room faced parking lot and university but also above the free breakfast space. So we got that smell. I'm not sure if I'm overly sensitive to the smell. Ddnt smell in room only when in the hall and elevator..

Location for us personally is near family to visit, plenty of grocery stores and restaurants in either direction. Easy access to I-290 to reach Niagara or I-90. A decent breakfast provided with stay in lobby. Staff was excellent.

In middle of the night in parking lot there was a vehicle with loud music and not sure what kind of activity was going on, not sure if staying at hotel. Night guy did approach the vehicles and activity ended. Can't really say this was bad as staff was helpful to put an end to it.

With the major storm that hit, I saw a lot of service people staying there and seeing a box of food in lobby for donations to help feed anyone who needed it. Personally the stay was great as it's near family for visits. Lots of shopping and restaurants near by. Breakfast is offered in the morning with waffles, bagels, scrambled eggs, sausage and cereals with fruit as well.

Parking normally has lots of room, but with major storm the piles of snow made it difficult. Not fault of facility just an inconvenience.

The rooms are very clean & comfortable. The shower was awesome. The staff was very friendly & helpful. We paid the same price for a room elsewhere the night b4 & it was in a bad area & the room was dirty. Def would come back even if we can't use the pool.

When we first walked in, I didn't realize it was under renovation & thought I just signed up for a night of crazy. We got to our 1st room & the air didn't work but they immediately moved us to another room. Both rooms were perfectly clean, comfortable & we were very satisfied with the room.The indoor pool was cold/dirty looking though. We got down for breakfast a half hour b4 it was closed & there was nothing left.

Decent heated pool. Clean rooms and staff very nice.

Except for lobby and pool area, hotel was outdated and needs updating. Free breakfest is basic. For price paid, could have stayed at a Hampton Inn. Not a bad hotel but for price per night, we could have stayed in a updated place.

I liked the remodel of the lobby and nice to still have friendly staff when 1st arriving. Lots of free parking always a bonus when staying somewhere.

Maybe with Covid there are restrictions but I miss the full breakfast. Used to get eggs, bacon, sausage and waffles. Now just cereal, bagels and toast pretty much along with drinks. Great renovation but little use for it.

It was in a good relatively safe location. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Lack of available hooks to hang towels above one. I could smell smoking and weed in our rooms and the hallway despite the fact it is a nonsmoking facility. Management looked thought it might be a lower floor. They told us they would continue to investigate.

Very dog friendly! Great places to take my dog to the bathroom, conveniently provided baggies and a trash can. There’s also a sidewalk to go on longer walks.
