Holiday Inn Express & Suites Buffalo Airport, an IHG Hotel

Staff was very welcoming and social. They welcomed my pets and greeted them. Super pet friendly location with plenty of room for the dogs to explore outside. Room was clean. Big fan of the shower space and privacy. Great location.

The buffet line for food was long. We didn’t get to eat breakfast because there was a long line and not enough food. Also the walls were a bit thin that you could hear people in the hallway clearly.

I liked that it was pet friendly

The thing that I didn’t like was that housekeeping was not an automatic. Because we had our pet with us we couldn’t exactly just let the staff walk in. We took said pet out but they still didn’t clean the room and when asked were told we had to ask for the room to be cleaned! Womp womp! Needless to say we had to get our towels from the front desk!

I had somehow accidentally booked a different Holiday Inn Express about 8 minutes from Anderson Ave. However, since we were with a group who was staying at the hotel, they went above & beyond & switched the reservation to the Anderson Ave location for the same price. And they called the other one to cancel the reservation. The staff was excellent! 9

I feel like they are cheap with breakfast .. one day they would have good food and the next it can be questionable but when it was good it was really good

I appreciated the hospitality of the staff, cleanliness of the rooms, overall plus satisfaction. The staff provided me with a bag and extra muffins when I asked. One of the staff helped me open my room when my hands were full. Just really friendly staff, it made the stay that much more comfortable.

The shower in the tub often spilled over on the floor. However, when I asked for more towels the staff accommodated me which was great.

I love how close the hotel is to all of the surrounding areas. The room is so warm and inviting. The jacuzzi is always perfect and outstanding.

There were guest that decided to blast music at 5 in the morning as loud as they possibly could. BUT when i couldnt stand it any longer and called the front desk, they handled it immediately!!

I would rate my experience a 10/10. Staff is very warm and helpful. Room is spacious and clean. Great location. Beds are generally comfortable. Breakfast has no eggs or meat but I don’t eat those at home neither, so breakfast was great for me (bagels, juice, yogurt, fresh fruit). Will stay here again.

Extremely polite staff at breakfast, she kept everything stocked nicely. Check in was quick and easy. The pool and hot tub were clean and comfortable. The room was cozy! I will return.

the location and the room was nice but at this time of year the room was cold and never really got to a comfortable temperature.

The incidental fee was far to high at $250 dollars for one nights stay and the fact that many of the guest did not know of this high fee until they checked in at the hotel.
